Big Update On July 6 2024, Michael John Love (The owner of Love towing) was involved in a fatal car accident in the Ogden Canyon that killed 2 people including a little girl. Love was charged with two 2nd-degree felony counts of manslaughter, one count of aggravated assault with serious injury, and two counts of obstructing justice due to allegedly lying to officers about the incident and regarding loads safety. If the OWNER of the company can't be trusted to safely do his job, why would you trust anyone on their payroll? You can easily find the story on FOX 13 or KSL news if you are interested in further information.

According to half these reviews these guys regularly break the law and lie to get an extra buck out of very vulnerable people. Having personally seen them try to tow the wrong car by mistake multiple times, I am inclined to believe at least some of them. Your mileage may vary.

(Please report this company to the Utah BBB or the FTC if you believe they violated the law during any of your interactions in the last 12 months, this can be done very easily online by filling out a report on either of their websites. If just half these negative reviews did this they would be investigated very quickly.)

Also if you're a buisness trying to hire them to patrol your lot, just know they often will go a month or more without even stopping by making them imo worthless at best. Try to call and they will likely tow the wrong car or just hang up on you.

Pssst...if you think the reviews you can see are bad, just think how bad the ones they supress by falsely flagging them are. Maybe call AMS towing instead and avoid this very...

(Before i go off on my own tangent i hope this company goes out of business and that it is tragic that people lost there lives via the negligence this company clealy repeats time and time again.)

Atrocious company riddled with scandalized ideas for a few more bucks out of good people and to top it off horrible mannered people. I had called in regards to a debt that had been sent to collections for a billing total of 1,116.06. Already I had thought it ridiculous because the last time I called they had put the value to pull the vehicle out of the lot at 7,112.08. Immediately upon call the man on the other line answered with a harsh tone and a raised voice. I began explaining the situation in which the first time I called a day after the tow they had priced it at around 500 dollars FOR THE LOT FEE. At no point did they tell me there was a separate fee for the TOW. I was under the impression in both instances that the LOT FEE ENCOMPASSED THE TOW FEE, and that in order to pay for the TOW FEE I would have to pay for the entire amount. Now understand that this is a 2000 Chevy Tahoe with 345,000 miles that was no where near the value of 7000+ dollars. I was effectively lead to believe that I simply had to let it go and move on as no one in there right mind would pay 7000 dollars for Tahoe with that amount of miles. After explaining just the basics of the situation he cut me off asking me what the point was. Making it apparent that he no longer wanted to talk and after an exchange of choice words between us both the call ended. This place is a scandal, and the people that represent it are troglodites. I feel bad for anyone...

Horrible company. My car had been towed from a townhouse I was living at. We constantly rotated cars so no ones car was hanging out in guest parking. I parked my car in guest parking when I got home because I knew we'd be leaving again soon and came back out to a missing car literally 2 hours later (it was towed 6 minutes after I got home). It was me, my partner and my brother that were trying to leave somewhere so we ended up getting a ride from 2 of our friends. Apparently according to the "owner" of this place, that's not normal to have 5 people come pick up a car so while I was giving payment to the guy who was helping us, the owner ran out interrogating my friends and family asking who they were and what they were doing there. Mind you they were parked ON THE STREET standing by their own car minding their own business. So I stepped in and told him to leave them alone and he went psycho on us, screamed at us, swore at us and said he has every right to question who is on his property. Sure that's true, then come talk to me, the only person that would be entering your property. You are not the police, you don't get to patrol the street and intimidate and yell at people. I would not recommend this company at all. The guy that was taking payment didn't even defend us in this situation. He just said he has to deal with it because it's that guy's property and they have a partnership or whatever lame excuse he came up with. This behavior is not okay from a grown man. Plus they use terrible stickers that are incredibly hard to get off your car. Do not use this company...
