Alright, buckle up burger lovers, because Burly Burgers has officially stolen a piece of my heart (and my stomach)! This place isn't just good; it's a destination for anyone serious about sinking their teeth into a truly fantastic hamburger. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they're passionate about their craft. The menu boasts a mouthwatering array of hamburger variations, catering to every imaginable craving. Whether you're a purist seeking a classic done to absolute perfection or an adventurous eater looking for bold and innovative toppings, Burly Burgers has you covered. Each burger I saw coming out of the kitchen looked like a work of art, stacked high with quality ingredients. And let's talk about the star of the show: the burger itself. The patty was clearly made with top-notch meat, cooked to a juicy, flavorful perfection. The bun was soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without falling apart under the weight of deliciousness. But the real magic lies in the thoughtful combinations of toppings – each burger seems carefully curated to create a symphony of flavors. Now, I can't write a review of Burly Burgers without giving a massive shout-out to their fries. Oh. My. Goodness. Crispy doesn't even begin to describe them. They were the kind of fries that snap satisfyingly when you bite into them, with a fluffy interior and just the right amount of seasoning. Perfectly cooked is an understatement – these fries are an absolute triumph! Beyond the incredible food, the service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring every customer had a great experience. They were happy to answer questions about the menu and offered recommendations with a smile. It's no exaggeration to say that Burly Burgers has earned a solid 5 stars from me. This isn't just another burger joint; it's an experience. The quality of the food, the variety of options, and the exceptional service all combine to create a truly memorable meal. If you're in the Ogden area (or even if you're not!), make the trip to Burly Burgers. Your taste buds will thank you. Trust me on this one – you won't be...

With how great the reviews are I was more disappointed than I was satisfied. The fries weren't seasoned and we're kinda soggy feeling. We ordered two burgers with two orders of fries. The burgers were separate, but the fries all came in one container at the bottom of the bag with the burgers and everything else on top. The fries weren't even covered. The fries coming all together after ordering two separate orders (it even said this on the receipt, I checked when I saw how they came - sorry I should've taken a picture) was frustrating. What if I was taking food to people at work who did not want to share fries or a bratty teen who wouldn't even eat with their parents? I guarantee they would be unhappy with all of the fries coming together like that. When the Burley burger face was burned onto my bun it was overdone and made the whole burger taste burnt. I like the burger idea of the one I got and have actually made that one myself prior so I was impressed to see it elsewhere. After reading how good the shakes are I was so disappointed. I have had way better shakes elsewhere. It wasn't all the way mixed and I did a fruit one hoping it would have real fruit and it didn't (nowhere on the menu did it say it did, I was just hopeful where it's that season.) My dad said his burger was okay, but worth the price wasn't worth it. I don't see us going back any time soon.

Revised review: 2/5 --4/5

I went again because it's some of my friends favorite place and it was so much better than before. We ate in the restaurant and everything was way better than previously. The fries were cooked enough, the buns weren't burnt, and the staff was very nice. If you're going to eat here...

We ordered two burgers to-go on Saturday night. We had never been and thought we'd give it a try. With a name like Burly Burgers - you might be thinking "Ooh, this is gonna be the best burger I've ever tasted." Ha, not even close. The bag ripped open in our car - okay, I can just white knuckle hold onto it so it doesn't spill the food out. I glanced at the fries and they seemed okay. Given the bag ripping I didn't dare open it to check out the burgers and then not be able to salvage what was left of the "bag" for the car ride home. Plus it's in the name so these burgers are gonna be amazing.

Ahh, nope. Not even close. I think I could hear the patty still "mooing" if you know what I mean. The underdoneness was shocking. Not sure how you can still stay in business without a health code violation, but I guess people can have their dreams. To each his own.

I threw it away and didn't bother choking down the salmonella patty with a soggy bun. That nice golden bun that's usually toasted to hold up to all the ingredients, this was more like a wet sponge left soaking in water all day.

Ooh, it was cool though to see you can make a branded logo on the bun, that's probably where all the start-up money was spent - on "design & marketing" instead of quality bags or decent staff who actually have food handlers permits and know...

My wife and I tried this place a couple of weeks ago and were less than impressed. The service was fine, but we had to clean our own table, and no table was cleaned by staff the entire time we were there. The food was ok. I am a bit of a burger and fry snob and was not impressed with Burley Burger. The burger was clearly made with fresh ingredients, but it was rather plain and was nothing special. I would give it a 7 out of 10 on a good day. The fries were good but EXTREMELY OVERPICED! It was nearly $5 for an order of roughly 20 fries. These fries get a 7 out of 10, and it is ridiculous that anyone would pay nearly 25 cents per fry. On a side note I found it most peculiar that the owners chose to have menu items and wall art that ridiculed the prominent religion in the region and could be deemed highly offensive by the majority of their potential customers. Overall, the service was fine, the facility was kind of gross, the food was incredibly overpriced, the taste was descent, and the atmosphere was a bit distasteful. I do not feel I got anywhere near my money's worth at this place. Unfortunately I cannot give my recommendation to Burley burger.
