I was a bit unsure after reading negative reviews, but it turned out to be fun! I would give them 4,5 honestly. Here are some details: First I was thinking of the "party package", but $25 "unlimited all day" seems like a better deal than $22 for 3 hours (per person). At least you don't have to worry about time in case there are lines. Turned out it was not too busy on Sunday - and it was Fathers Day, but we still spent relaxed 5 hours there instead of rushing to try everything. Online order: I had to call them 'cause the second email confirmation didn't show up on the third day after I placed my order. After listening to the music for a while (lol) I finally talked to a manager assistant and was told that everything is fine and our cards will be ready when we show up (the next day). I received email soon after the phone call. 4/5 for that little hiccup which made me nervous. Attendants: very sweet young people. Thank you guys! 5/5. Food: pizza was good, cinnamon bread too. Decent price. Another cafe will open soon. 5/5. Restrooms: clean, no issues. 5/5. Go Kart: THE BEST! Lots of fun for adults and teens. Just keep in mind that there is no shade, it gets hot in summer. DO it first thing in the morning. Long enough track, about 5 loops per round (just right). Make sure your kids are tall enough - 58 inches tall to drive, 40 inches tall to ride as passenger (you can drive by yourself or with a passenger). 5/5. Laser tag: decent size room with 2 levels. We did a 3x3 match, it worked out well. A bit hot in that equipment. 5/5. Escape room: pretty cool setting, but the task was a bit tough for a disorganized group of young teens. I believe it would work well for older teens or adults. 4/5. Mini golf (indoors): with water features indoors you should expect either the smell of chlorine or mildew. It's the second one here, but not too bad. The setting is fun. 4/5. Mini golf (outdoors): fun, partially in the shade. Some spots are a bit warn out (the rug is warped and should be replaced), but most are good. 4/5. Arcade: well, it's a bit expensive. $10 barely let you taste several games. I purchased additional $22 refills for my kids and that gave them decent playtime. A couple of games glitched. 4/5 for the price. We didn't do the baseball, but it was opened and not too crowded. All in all - good experience, will try to find time...

"Felt like I was in high school again being ignored by the popular girls."
Toads in Ogden is basically a kid’s dream—and a parent’s low-effort win. It's got all the bells and whistles: arcade, mini-golf, go-karts, laser tag, even an escape room. On paper, it’s a no-brainer for a fun day out. But the moment you actually need someone to run any of those attractions? That’s where things fall apart faster than a dollar-store prize toy.
Most of the staff seems to be a gaggle of teenage girls huddled behind the prize counter like it’s the high school cafeteria. Twice we had to walk back inside to fetch someone to start the go-karts. Same story at the escape room. Nobody’s manning the stations—they’re all chatting, laughing, and avoiding anything that resembles work. There’s clearly no adult supervision here, unless you count the disgruntled parents circling like vultures with kids arcade cards in hand.
Now the go-karts? Glacial. I’m talking "grandma in a Rascal scooter" vibes. It’s probably meant for younger kids, but teens expecting a Fast & Furious experience will be more Slow & Mildly Frustrated. The escape room was a neat idea, but you only get 10 minutes—which feels less like a puzzle and more like a speedrun of disappointment.
The arcade games drain your $5 card faster than you can say “rigged claw machine,” and while the indoor mini-golf was nicely decorated (shout-out to the waterfalls), the course is beat up. Half the ball start pads were MIA. Still, it’s got that nostalgic mall-mini-golf charm, if you squint hard enough.
Bottom line: 🎢 Cool attractions, poor staffing 💰 Cheap enough to justify the chaos 🧑💼 Needs a manager with a whistle and a backbone
Toads isn’t a bad stop for kids on a budget—but someone needs to hop in and clean up the...
Read moreI took a bunch of close friends here for one of their birthdays. It was the closest place we could go-karting from Logan. So we too the 50 min drive. When we first got there at least 10 of the employees were sitting on the counter talking and drinking, the one guy helping us talked to his coworker the whole time about some vacation instead of pausing the conversation to help my friends and I. The attraction where very fun and made it worth it but the staff was absolutely terrible. We waited at the go-kart entrance for about 20minutes before anyone ever came over to help us, after all there was 10 people sitting around a place that only requires 2-3 people when busy but only one person at the go-karts? That’s sure safe. As our lap at the go-karts ended the one person running it was to busy taking to 4 of his coworkers over the fence to properly instructed us what to do. Even if the employees were on break or off they shouldn’t of been distracting those still working. We then tried the arcade games which were at least a dollar per game, when we tried to reload our cards to play more the balance would show we had money but when we swiped the card it wouldn’t go through. Overall fun place but they need more staff at each attraction and to actually do their job. If they can’t do their jobs then replace them with...
