We to see "Death on the Nile" and now Uncharted. The theater is clean and staff of ok, no one too excited. But still a decent theater. Next to a Fred Meyers and other food places is a bonus. UPDATE:So sadly I have to change my of this theater whose young adult staff do not seem to take their jobs to seriously. I called ahead to make sure it was ok if we went to a, movie at a time that was sooner than what I previously purchased. Please note I am traveling with my health challenged disabled wheelchair bound daughter so times are pretty important. February 7, 2023: The young girl who was taking tickets who was sitting around on the floor obviously quite bored send us to Auditorium 7 where the movie was already in place so I asked questions as to we're going to the 4:45 movie rather than the 5:45 movie is this the right theater she proceeded to tell me that it was. However by about 5:20 and the 4:45 movie not starting I go back and ask her a third time if we were in the right theater for the 4:45 movie. She then tells me that oh no she meant to tell me that the 4:45 movie was in Auditorium 13. There was no apology for giving me the wrong information no sense of care or anything else coming from this person whatsoever. So we had to make due with the situation at hand. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING situation.
Update again: If you choose to see the right movie it can be good and entertainment, that's all well and good however the teen/young adults on staff at this facility just do not seemed all that thrilled with their jobs there. One young man at the concession stand did give me some assistance in turning on my points so that I could get a price reduction on my snack. He did give me advice it was sound advice and was very helpful. I like him. I think that maybe he could motivate others.. UPDATE: Auditorium 8 has two wheelchair sections. The kids and I were able to sit in the high more away from the screen area which worked out well. The manager was king enough to put this section down as reserved so no one else bought...

We arrived and there was a long line to buy tickets. There was a sign just inside the entrance that said to buy tickets at the concession stands. We bypassed the line and went to the concessions. We needed 4 seats and they now have reserved seating. They didnât have 4 seats together so we went with 2 seats on the end of of an isle with the other 2 in our party in front of us. We got in the theater and the one row we had assigned was B-1 and B-2 in theater 9. There was no seat at all in B-2. I went back out to the guy taking tickets and asked what to do. He said just take any seat and if that doesnât work come back out. Well I already knew that wasnât going to work. I went to the concessions and explained the situation. He attempted to change our seats, but the movie in the meantime had sold out!! So frustrating. They asked if we wanted to see another movie. No, we didnât. We specifically came to see Jumanji and didnât want to wait until 10pm for the next showing. I asked for a refund, which I was given, no problem. However, I have to wait 5-6 business days for the refund, but that is typical. As I went to get my girls and tell them we were leaving I decided they should also refund us the cost of the popcorn and drinks we purchased Being we didnât get to see the movie. The manager Amber P was fine giving us a refund, but asked for the drinks and the popcorn that had already been consumed, back. WHAT? The least you could have done was let my girls keep the popcorn. You already ruined our evening. Amber was, not at all apologetic. She could have cared less about our negative experience and this wasnât the first time we have had issues with reserved seating. What happened to customer service?? Regal Cinemas, you need to listen to your customers and not respond with generic messages. I have read many reviews on here of people switching to AMC. Thatâs is who will get our business from now on. The sad part is management is reading this and they really,...
Read moreUPDATE FROM A LOCAL RESIDENT! LOW LOW QUALITY OF FOOD!! EVERYTHING IS FROM THE FREEZER!! BEWARE! This movie theater is a rip-off! DO NOT GO TO THIS MOVIE THEATER HUNGRY THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING AND CAN GET YOU SICK! I wish I had a chance to take photos of the food but it was dark and I did not want to be rude to the others sitting in the theater. We went to the movies last night 03/02/16 as a family knowing we would spend a good amount on food, hey itâs the movies itâs just how it is so we ordered quite a few things for 5 people. The so called âHot Wingsâ are NOT HOT WINGS frozen chicken nuggets! They looked grey in color as if they were freezer burnt, the âGOOEY CINNAMON ROLLâ are frozen cinnabon bites that are thrown into the microwave that are COLD in the middle when you try biting into them, the âHOT DOGâ is literally a small sized grocery store hot dog that looks like itâs been on a heater for 6 hours before it was served to us, my fiancĂ© took one bite of the hot dog and threw it away and thatâs saying a lot for a man that eats almost anything! The food is WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE LOW LOW QUALITY OF FOOD THEY ARE SERVING AT THIS MOVIE THEATER. My suggestion to other customers is to drive a little further to Lynnwood to get a good experience at the movies! I hate to leave bad reviews but taking our family of 5 to the movies is supposed to be a good experience out and the food here just put a big damper on our night. 5 Movie Tickets, 3 Small Sodas, 1 Large Slurpy, 1 Large Popcorn, 2 Gooey Bites, 1 Hot Dog, 1 Nacho, 2 Candies, we clearly spent way over $100 and nothing was satisfying other than the sodas, the slurpy & the candy. *I WOULD LIKE TO NOTE THAT WE USE TO LIKE THIS THEATER BUT IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL VERY QUICKLY OVER THE PAST YEAR. Not just the food or being over priced but this theater is well over due for a makeover... its very dated & it smells. Could look past this but you charge way too much for what you...
