Cocos Mariscos & Bar Marysville — Restaurant in Marysville

Worst experience ever. We made an hour drive to the Snohomish Cocos for cocktails for amazing food. Well turns out that they don't have a bartender and have the servers making their own drinks for their tables. Very inexperienced and absolutely horrible drinks. Missing every ingredient included in a basic margarita. We sent them back all back to have the exact same ones returned to us with a touch of sugar added. Still very sour and bitter. I asked to speak with a manager. They didn't have one. So I asked why the drinks were horrible, wtake camarones ell turns out they also don't have a bartender!!! Then I ordered a plate de chille de puerco. It took them 22 minutes to come and tell me they don't have that pork. So frustrated, I ordered a plate of pollo ala diabla. She refused because the cooks were busy so I said okay I'll take camarones (pawns). 15 minutes later the waiter comes to tell me they can do chicken instead. 30 more minutes I canceled the order after my able of 4 adults and two kids have completely finished eating . Complete waste of time. Definitely will not be back or recommend this...

Im new in the area... I had have living in different States and one of my passion its try the food where I live...Love Mexican food and Seafood, well my husband and I decide to visit this place...

To start the restaurant its not a luxury one, no courtesy chips like a mexican restauran used to offer, open the menu an prices are so expensive, even like that we decide order. . a Molcajete and two tacos...My husband and I, love Molcajete and always we eat it and take home, and for the price we though maybe going go to be big portion, we asked to the waitress and her answer was vague thats why we ordered 2 tacos to me. ..Good presentation. flavor was good but the portion so small compared to the price......the rice that came with the molcajete was a kid portion..It was a deception compare with the past restaurants we have been eat it the same...I dont care to pay for a good food but I expected to received the quality and good portion...

The taste and quality of the food were just fine. The service was slow as imaginable and the only server kept seating herself more and more tables even when already behind. She kept forgetting things, and made it worse for herself as any time we asked for something she'd run away and not ask if there was anything else. She forgot to order one of our food items, and when it did come out there was more garlic by volume than octopus, no lie. Prices are insanely high for the service they provide and not having air conditioning. I get it is seafood, but a fancy seafood restaurant would have cost the same... one drink, one taco, and one shared plate between the two of us and the bill...
