Has always had fantastic food and fantastic service I've eaten here for years now it's one of the few good places that Marysville has. I normally just get a gyro but have had at least half the items on the menu at this point and it's all been well made and delicious. They do misplace items in the drive-thru from time to time but I've had that issue at any restaurant I've ever been to so don't really count it against them just check your order before you leave and you'll never have an issue. If you do end up at home without an item they will always throw something in for free when you return to pick up the missing item.
To the 2 star reviewer giving angry reviews on every website. You're attempting to ruin the online reputation of an establishment you said yourself you've gone too many times and liked but since they made 1 mistake 1 time when you visited them you're giving them terrible reviews everywhere? Maybe you could take this as a learning experience and check your orders before leaving the restaurant like adults do at absolutely any restaurant or perhaps don't wait 3 hours to return when it may not even be the same people working by that time and if it is they will be terribly unlikely to remember your order since it was 3 hours ago and they've all taken tons of orders in that time. They should have made a note of your call to avoid the issue and not forgotten the item in the first place but you also should have checked your order and not waited 3 hours to correct the issue so the blame for the incident lies as much on yourself as it does on them which is likely why you're so...
Read moreI went here after a surgery today for some Greek fries for the first time ever. It’s my favorite food and so I wanted it as a comfort post op and the experience was terrible. Obviously because of covid the sauce is packaged separately but I was expecting Tzatziki or a white sauce of the like and I received feta covered ketchup. Which I get it if mistakes are made, there were some fairly young people taking care of the food so they could have been in training, but when I went back after arriving home to find the mistake they were closed. It was only 2 minutes past even though it said online they close at 9:00 they closed an hour before. People were still inside so I asked my cohort to go and get it fixed or ask for a refund (as I am disabled and would have struggled to get out of the car) and rather than assist they turned us away and left me with the sad excuse for Greek fries. I paid more than six dollars for less fries than I could get in a large at McDonald’s for three dollars. The only difference was that these are poorly cooked and had feta on top. Not to mention they didn’t have change so I paid extra because they didn’t have enough to return (which I was totally ok with). Overall it was terrible service and bad food that was incorrectly advertised. I am very dissatisfied and I hope that they are able to clean their act up...
Read moreI had high hopes for this place, but they were soon shattered. The meat was flavorless, the falafel was nasty and the special sauce for the "Greek fries" was feta, tzatziki and ketchup. The tzatziki wasn't good either.
My son ordered a kids gyro and although our plates came immediately after his, by the time ours were set down on the table, he'd eaten all of his gyro meat. I ordered extra meat on mine and still got less than any other gyro I've had anywhere without ordering extra.
I'm not used to a gyro upsetting my stomach either, but inside of an hour, I had stomach cramps and was burping it back up. My wife didn't feel well either. The best part of the meal were the fries, they were crispy and flavorful, but at almost $46 for 2 adults and a kid, it wasn't worth it.
We discovered a place in Bothell on Bothell Everett Hwy, that of all the places we've tried has been the best, excellent flavorful food and generous portions. Other gyro places have been decent to mediocre, sadly Kafe Neo doesn't make it to even that level. Being from Chicago, I grew up on good gyros, but this wasn't...
