My passport external drive crashed. I had everything on it and due to another situation, the drive I would have used for backing it up was otherwise employed. I had old family photos, pics of my recently deceased pet, important papers, and all kinds of irreplaceable items on that drive. I went to a major sales and service company and the cost was astronomical--far out of my fixed income ability. However a kind person overheard the conversation and pulled me aside. The representative went over the paperwork carefully with me and also the price listing (listed by job). A short time later she called back and explained that the drive was in bad shape and the the files could not be accessed at this time. She also told me that their company would be getting equipment in the future which was more lilkely to be able to access it, and if I kept the drive we could revisit the problem later. Of course I was sad, but they were so great about it all. The day before we went to pick it up, we received an email that the tech had tried to access it one more time and . . . (drumroll) . . . HE GOT THE DATA! I was thrilled. The price was very affordable and my data was saved! This meant so much to me. I was looking for a reasonably priced computer repair shop for my 5+ year old HP 23" laptop and found Total Data Support in West Chester, OH. I'd worked with Zeeshan, who was extremely knowledgeable about computers. He was very thorough and timely in getting back with me regarding the status of my computer and what the issues were and how they would be resolved. Unfortunately for me, due to my laptop being old and antiquated, the part that was needed for repair doesn't exist anymore.

But the beauty of this is that Total Data Support is a full service computer and electronics company, and the monies that were already paid was applied towards the purchase of a new Lenovo 16" laptop computer at a reasonable price that was comparable with Best Buy and Lenova companies. Zeeshan also installed an antivirus software program, at a low cost and made the necessary modifications of my files.

At the end, Zeeshan was able to diagnose, install and deliver a new Lenova 16" laptop all within a week.
