I've always been very skeptical about leaving my dog at places like this due to hearing bad stories, unfortunately today my fears were brought to life. We left my 2 year old mix Pru here while we were out of town for a week, from the start we had explained her meals and were assured they would follow our requests. We called every other day to get a check up on our dog and asked if it was possible to get a picture, we received the same response Every time "we will if we get a chance". I understand being busy and not having time but do not tell somebody you will try if you have no intentions of doing do. The day came when we picked her up hoping to find her taken care of well despite the lack of communication, my dog came out happy to see us but we're shocked to see a cut on her nose ,when we asked what had happen they notified us that "the doors for the rooms are a little high so the dogs stick their noses out , you know dogs are curious. " I'm more upset about them not letting us know before hand. The fire continues to grow when they hand us back half of her wet food proving they did not feed her per our instructions, she is a 50 pound dog that was being fed as if she was at 10 pound puppy. I wish I could say that was it but unfortunately it's not. My dog smelled like pee and poop as if she was never let out , once we got home she ran to the back door and used the bathroom like she hadn't gone in days along with drinking atleast 40oz of water as if she was dehydrated. Will never be taking her to this place let alone recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst waste of 280...

UPDATE Due to the response of the agent/employee of this business, I will be more specific. I toured this facility and signed saying such. You can check your records. Furthermore, I should be remembered because I was told by an employee that their sister had Cavalier King Charles spaniels like I do. I mentioned this because I saw a picture of my dog’s breed on the wall while touring this facility. Lastly, my dog came back with a bloody flesh wound that we noticed hours after picking him up. We were very upset with how our fur baby was treated and we were so tired after a long drive from the ranch in Bandera and we’re excited to pick up our fur baby only to discover he was infested with fleas. Then we had to purchase and use a pesticide fogger for our backyard because our fur baby had already gone potty outside. Additionally, I had to purchase and use advantage household spot crevice spray all over my home and because I was too tired to leave an extensive review, I hit the high points. I merely wanted to leave a warning for people to stay away from this place. However, after seeing the response from the agent/employee of this business, I felt compelled to leave a more detailed review. If you love your fur baby, don’t...
