Pinot's Palette — Attraction in McNair

Warning to families!! Check the age requirements before purchasing tickets. Apparently, on the home page Pinot’s Palette posts a disclaimer of 16+ and 12+ age requirements for certain classes. However, when a user selects a class and completes a purchase, the age requirement is not displayed. In addition, the age requirement is not provided in the system generated confirmation email.

I purchased tickets for Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend for myself plus my daughter’s ages: 7yr old, 13 yr old, 14yr old and 19yr old. We arrived Saturday at 6pm and were seated with aprons, taking pictures and looking forward to the class. Then we were told that we had to leave because the class was 16+yr old. Very disappointing. Robyn then “rescheduled” us for Sunday of Mother’s Day weekend, but when I called to confirmed she explained that the class age requirement was 12+yr old.

Given its Mother’s Day, I was not going to exclude my 7yr old. Thus, I requested a refund but Robyn refused. Therefore, I’m escalating and filing a consumer complaint with the appropriate agencies. This is not acceptable that Pinot’s Palette can charge $45 a ticket and not clearly state their refund policy or age...

This place is so phenomenal! I love to do sip and paint and often go to another franchise but was so pleased when I found this one! The staff are so friendly !!!! Also, a lot of regulars attend and very friendly with each other which was also wonderful to see. They were welcoming to me and suggested I come more. I originally got the dates confused of which day I scheduled to paint and came a day earlier hahaha. They were all so nice and welcomed me to still participate. I enjoyed the different cidars and even made a purchase of some wonderful scented candles for myself and my family. I returned for my actual painting day and was so pleased and really enjoyed the class. The ambiance is so nice and calming. I truly love this place and will be returning. Also! There was this amazingly wonderful scented soap in the restroom, I really hope they sell it so I may purchase it from them!!!! A big thank you and warm hugs to Tory Christine and...

I had an amazing time on this owl painting. Ingrid was our instructor and I appreciated her humor, help, and patience. She was the sweetest and very encouraging despite the fact that I'm not very artistic. For the complimentary drinks, I had a flight of four (3 ciders and 1 wine) and everything was great. My favorite was the peach and blackberry cider! We were offered refills and given lots of breaks which were appreciated.

Our group was relatively small (~10 people spread across 3 tables) which was a great size. I had a wonderful time painting and it was very relaxing! I highly recommend signing up for a session and I look forward to painting here more...
