US Nail LLC — Attraction in Melbourne

Went to have a full set done my nails were healthy and untouched he filed them down till they bled then glued them on and used the acrylic i wanted pink and white but he used a clear coat instead and you can see 9 of my 10 fingers bloody!! He also cut the sides of my fingers they are raw open and bleeding!! When i told him he was being to rough he ignored me and the other guy told me it was my fault my nails were bleeding because they were weak which is untrue i just moved to the area my nails were my natural healthy nails and hadn't been done in months. They acted as if they couldn't understand anything i said!! He sounded as if he was reading from a script when asking me questions when i sat in the chair and the second girl that came in a different guy read her the same script with the same questions and when i nicely with a smile on my face politely tried to explain what i wanted done he ignored me and did what he wanted anyway. Everyone who worked there looked at my bloody fingers and went about there business like it was nothing. He also snatched thw gift certificate out of my shaking bloody hand... Not sure why these people think they should get paid $45 hr for a mani pedi. One of the many places price gauging. Its dirty and tbey did a crapy job. $83 plus tip for a mani pedi is rediculous. No artwork or jewels and my own nails. I think he may have rubbed a hot stone for a sec (didnt ask for that) Actually got 2 different colors for toes and hands because they obviosly cannot match their paint. Up to you if you want to...

This was my first time here. Paul straightened out what another salon had done on my nails. He was very gentle, friendly, creative, and had my nails done in an hour!!
