We visited this playground when we were in Memphis in March. We'd intended to go to the zoo, but it was mobbed, so we decided to wear the kids out at this playground before we got back in the car. We were there for at least 2 hours! There are activities for a variety of ages, plus plenty of space for tired parents to sit down. There's a fence that extends all the way around the playground, so younger kids can't run away. The lake is pretty gross- just algae nothing dead- so I wouldn't suggest letting a dog swim in it. There are ducks and geese that go there so you could feed them if you brought food. The dog park isn't too far away either so you can bring them and have a place to get there energy out. There is a side of the dog park for large dogs and small dogs 25 lbs...
