The Good: there is plenty of space to park and it was very easy to find the spa. Lovely atmosphere inside. They have heated beds and were very timely in getting the appointment started. This is the only place where I've found a hot stone massage that is worthwhile and relaxing.
The Bad: if you're a light-medium pressure person, probably not the place for you. I was pretty much clenching my teeth throughout the appointment (minus the hot stones portion), asked to go lighter, and even said "ow, ow, ow" to my masseuse, with little to no change in pressure. I've gone to several spas where English is not the primary language spoken there and have no problem with it, but tensing up and pulling away are universal signs that someone isn't comfortable and I wish my masseuse picked up on that.
The Awful: none of the add-ons were worth it. For $8, you get a disposable eyes steam mask that burns your eyes and added to your discomfort. I asked them if the special massage oil ($13) has a scent, the lady at the front desk told me it was lavender. They either forgot the special oil or have never smelled lavender, because it gave a strong vanilla-canola oil scent that made me want to shower immediately when my appointment ended.
The "Why I'm Never Going Back" : the lady at the front told me a "preferred range" for tipping because I guess what I wanted to tip originally wasn't up to her standards. There are very few occasions where I consider not tipping at all and this was one of them. If your guests are tipping low, maybe ask what you can do better instead of coercing/telling them to give you more. I did not feel like getting into it after fighting for my life on a massage table for 60 out of my 90 minutes appointment, so I increased my tip, left, and will be taking my future...

Read moreMy message therapist was "Sara" . The price is affordable but the main reason why I provided a low rating was because I felt a little uncomfortable on the bed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. When she started working on my lower body, I was completely revealed. I did not say anything because it did not appear that she spoke much English. Typically, all therapist tuck the bed sheet underneath the other leg so your private parts are not revealed but she just reveals your entire backside. That was tolerable but then when she was massaging, she brushed my genitalia and I did not like that. The quality of the massage was decent. The room was clean. Needless to say, I do not think I will return. I am looking for a quality, relaxing massage, not a...
