Courtside Furniture — Attraction in Merrill

Ordered an ottoman 2 years ago.. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to get it because it was made in Appleton. I kept waiting and waiting and waiting. Went back to see what was taking so long! They told me it would be at least another week or 2 because they would not deliver it to Merrill until the truck had more furniture on it . Well I was very patient and understanding. They gave me a $50.00 credit and I paid a lot of money for the Ottoman. Well I waited and waited and waited another 2-3 months very patiently because I thought I couldn’t cancel it, because I had already paid for it. Finally they called me that it was in. They brought it. All I wanted it for was to use it in my living room to store my blankets. I never opened it a lot. Well not even 1 year later the screws started loosening up and finally fell out. I went into the store and the lady said someone would get back to me. She looked up the information when I bought it and took my number. Another lady called me and told me she would have someone come over and fix it but it would cost me $20.00. I asked her why and she stated, well you got this almost 2 years ago. I said well don’t you stand by your furniture. She was so rude to me that I was so upset!!! So I finally said Okay I will pay the $20.00 . But they never took into consideration that it took them 1/2 a year to get the Ottoman to me. And the manufacturer that made it should have put two hinges instead of one because of the size of the Ottoman. That is what the man said when he came to fix it. It is cheaply made and I have bought furniture there before. And this was the 3rd time. I bought a recliner for my Dad and it was poorly made also. I thought I would give them another chance when I got the Ottoman. And with the $50.00 store credit thy had an expiration date on it. What can you get for $50.00? When there furniture is outrageously expensive but a cheap set of sheets? I will never ever buy anything else from them!!! So...

We needed to find a motorized recliner for our older sister. We had previously gone to HOM Furniture but the date of delivery kept being pushed back. We finally had it and went to Courtside Furniture and we're pleasantly pleased. We explained what we needed and we were shown where the motorized recliner and we're left to make a decision.
