Audrain County Historical Museum — Attraction in Mexico

My visit to this historic mansion in Mexico, Missouri takes me back to a grander times of the antebellum South. The displays are excellent and the docents very knowledgeable and helpful. Having visited the Museum at other times, I was delighted to see the addition of the Chapel in the back. Interesting place and nice grounds. We didn't go inside, but walked around outdoors on a day when no one else was there. Good for taking a few pictures.

The City of Mexico lists this complex as being within Robert S Green Park, and there is a sign to that effect at Hisey St. and Grove St. but Google doesn't list that...

Did not go inside, but walked the grounds of the museum during their Walk Back in Time exhibit. Great displays and everyone was friendly. You can tell a lot of time and attention went into the exhibits. The work was appreciated. The ground were well manicured and so many great places to...
