Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mexico

The food got 4 stars because I asked for no spicy sauce on one of my items, but it had it anyway. But the service only got 2stars because I was in the drive thru and it took foreverrrrr. 1 girl asked what the name on my order was, then came back a couple mins later and asked a second time and left again. A couple more minutes later, a young guy came to the window, asked what I was waiting on, I said, an order for Shannon, then he left. A couple more minutes pass, then another, different female worker comes to the window n asks if I have an online order, said yes, then she asked for the name on the order....at this point I'm thinking it's a prank. When a couple more mins go by she finally comes back with my stuff...then, to top it off my taco had the sauce I didn't want on it. Other than that, food was really good. Kitchen needs to communicate, yall...

This is probably the best service I've had at a Taco Bell in a really long time. The young woman who took my order (Jennifer, per the receipt) was very pleasant when I handed her my credit card to pay and also after I received my food and drove off, in which case she smiled. Also, she provided me a cup of ice (with a lid and straw as well, neither of which I even had to ask for) at no charge. The order was received in a very timely manner and the food was hot, fresh, inexpensive and excellent. I stayed on the premises in my vehicle and ate and while out there I flagged down a worker who was out back on a break and made it a point to tell that person what great service I received; they said they'd go back in and let the...

So I'm working in Mexico Missouri and i wanted to eat something other than mcdonald's so me and a friend drove to Taco Bell around 930 pm. He ordered the special box meal and I the chicken chalupa no meal, which by the way it's $10.20. I asked for hot sauce and my friend asked for mild. We got our order and i asked the window girl if she had placed hot sauce in the bag, which she replied yes I did. We drove off to a nearby parking lot. I opened the bag and did not have hot sauce, only mild. To top it off, the chalupas we're so hard and almost stale. The only good thing out of the meal was the hard taco. Food is not fresh at this location. Don't serve customers old food. No more Mexico mo. Taco...
