They're conveniently located between OfficeMax & Pañera Bread since Xmas 2020, over 18 months in the N.Miami plaza @ 123rd & US-1 They didn't hang up when my reception was bad. They returned phone calls very timely. I had a cracked screen. They ordered it within the hour, and replaced it within the next hour. They also ordered and had ready the rubber protector we discussed as an aside, and I bought that also when I arrived. The Verizon store across US-1 is temporarily closed, and the Aventura Verizon on 187th was useless. As was the UBreakIFix on 137th in N.Miami (those guys told me they didn't wanna waste 2 hours asking their distributor to order & deliver my $85 Verizon Samsung A03s phone screen.) Took my laptop to two other places for a faulty GPU fan. Couldn't find someone to help me. Found Techy, it took them almost month for the part to come in. They were able to restore the computer to it's previous state, which is the best I was hoping for. Then I took my desktop computer to upgrade it's OS and deal with a data retrieval issue. They performed everything that I need promptly. Then I took my grandson's phone with a faulty USB connector. They fixed it, now it charges normally. They do charge quite a bit for what they do, but they deliver what they say in the same or better condition -- the way...

I have had my phone repaired in the past at other Dr Phone Fix locations & this is by far the MOST customer friendly location I have come across. Terry really went above & beyond to correct an ongoing problem I was experiencing with my S5, & dropped my phone off personally to me at work. I was pleasantly unexpected that I got my phone back, dropped off, fixed like new (By Carlos's great work) BEFORE 12pm let alone before I had to even think to make a call.
