Food was trash. My husband and I waited about 30 minutes, only for my order to be wrong, cold food. Customer service was trash. The atmosphere was okay. Never going back there again. Over-charged by cashier that kept insisting that she was still training. I know and understand how things are when you're new to an establishment. However, at some point being new and still training shouldn't be an excuse. Worst experience of my life. My husband doesn't eat meat anymore. So, when we saw this restaurant on YouTube, we were willing to give them a chance. Worst decision of our lives. The food had none of the flavors that were in the titles of the dishes. Food didn't have any flavor at all, to be exact.
My intentions weren't to tear your business down. I'm only giving my true experience. The food wasn't good to us. What else do you want me to say? My experience was my experience. My experience may not be someone else's experience. How can you say my review is on the capping side, as if I'm lying or something? My opinion/review is based on my experience. I don't want free food. I don't mind paying for what I get/order. As I stated in my previous review, I won't be back. So, you can give the free food to someone who needs it. To be honest, I don't care what other people are saying. You may not agree with my review and that's fine, but it is what it is. Trust me, I know and understand what it's like to be a small business. I myself have a cooking/catering business (no brick & mortar yet). I value customers raw and real reactions and reviews. I want to know if they have a problem with something I have prepared. So, next time I can fix it and make it better. As business owners, we have to understand that were not going to always agree with the negative reviews. Take the negative reviews and make the necessary...
Read moreToday I decided to try Dub N Grub Vegan Restaurant. From The Moment I Entered Into The Business The Ambiance Was Very Dull. The Young Lady At The Cash Register Who Took My Order Was Pretty Helpful. She lacked personality and she didn’t seem as if she was excited to work. As I looked around the restaurant I noticed that things were pretty untidy and all over the place. Nothing was organized. Books were all over the counter top. Moving on, the food presentation was 9/10. I Ordered A Crispy Chicken Taco. The 3 Tacos Were Filling. The Chicken Was Nicely Seasoned. The Tacos Were Lacking Something. I give the taco 5/10 & my husband gives the taco a 4/10. The taco definitely needed more.. maybe some corn or guacamole or maybe a slice of sweet plantain. They light drizzled a pink sauce on the tacos but it was very little to where you can’t enjoy the taste. The taco definitely lacked sauce or dressing.I asked the young lady at the cash register for sauce and she replied back and said that the taco comes with sauce, but WHO CARES! I asked for sauce. Hopefully they improve the customer service and the food. My overall...

Chef Kofi and Chef Macka pack exquisite flavor into every single item on the menu. Their cuisine is soy free, dairy free, and gluten free. Sauces, creams, and condiments are also made in house. Fresh, locally sourced vegetables help make each dish pop with flavor.
The mac is so cheesy it's hard to believe it's vegan! I also recommend the Rasta Pasta; it has fantastic texture. Vegan oxtails, tacos, and hibachi items are also on offer.
Supporting this Black-owned business is easy due to the amazing menu offerings and excellent vibes. There's great energy every time I visit. Staff are kind, professional, and obviously passionate about what they do. Food is made to order, and 100% worth the wait. Easy parking.
