Checkers — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I'm a customer they used to enjoy the The multiple choices of food options at Checkers. Now I'm at a point in my life where I'm just disappointed on how unprofessional this company is. Or maybe that's actually by design I had a problem with my order I called the store back I got no answer for a whole day. I called corporate office in that was words. I left a message with the answer in receptionistsI never received a call back from nobody in corporate America so it's fair for me to say the company checkers care nothing about Their customers. this is something I can not take lightly... every person counts. So I'm going to do my part in letting everybody know and turn to social media... What you get is what you see. So having low expectations about this fast food chains is correct. So since corporate office care nothing about my money when My family and I been patronizing this company for over 15 years Along with all my friends. Which = thousands and thousands of dollars over the years So obviously that accounts for nothing and that's just not something I'm willing ...

This is by far the worst checkers I’ve ever been to. I just wanted to get a meal today during my lunch break at around 12pm and wasn’t able to due to the HORRIBLE customer service provided. I spent 20 minutes in the window and NOBODY attended me I knocked on the window they would look at me as they slowly prepared the meals like if they had absolutely NO RESPECT for the customers as if we’re bothering them or something. The guy working the drive thru came to me after some time but didn’t take my order he would go back to the drive thru and just leave me there as if I wasn’t there knocking and begging to be attended, I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED. All I wanted was to eat during my lunch break and I repeat DUE TO THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service that this checkers provided me I wasn’t able to I stayed hungry at work and I was very very upset and disappointed. I recommend NO ONE TO EVER GO TO THIS CHECKERS I SURE WONT BE, EVER AGAIN. If I can give negative stars I WOULD’VE! Shame on all you. That guy in the window had to be RACIST!! I WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED!! Shut this place...

Horrible experience every time. Horrible employees, orders are usually wrong, the employees are rude and I try to keep away from this restaurant. My friend wanted food, so I ordered and it was absolute disgusting. You replied on Google asking me to send you the full complaint to your webpage. This is the 4th time I have tried to manually enter the store # and/or enter my zip code, in which the Google box showing the map does not work, making it impossible to complain to you. You can't get your restaurants right, and for a couple weeks now, the form for complaints or compliments doesn't work. These restaurants should hire a consulting firm, and retrain or hire new management. Store 5353 is probably the worst out of them all, and the rest aren't much better. Etiquette should be taught as well even though this is fast (slow) food. I will probably never visit a...
