Chan's Silk Flowers (CSF Miami) — Attraction in Miami Springs

THE BEST! I am a high end and very professional floral designer/interior custom art fabricator (PS Creative Arrangements). I am very picky designer when it comes to putting together arrangements for my clients and I literally go through boxes in the warehouse to find non flawed artificial flora. They are such a great store I will never leave them. They put up with me so they will put up with anyone!!! LOL. I was in Shima's today because last time I was in Chan's they didn't any long white orchids because someone bought them all. Shima's had the white Orchids and I bought them for 18$ a piece because I had no choice!!!!!!!!! However, I went to Chans after to buy the leaves and OMG THEY HAD THE ORCHIDS.....but guess what....they were by far the best looking artificial Orchids I have ever seen and they were like 3$ my cost for wholesale!!!! Shimas had Winward and LET ME TELL YOU THE SHIMA WINWARD FLOWERS HAVE NOTHING ON CHANS FLOWERS.......NO COMPETITION. Absolutely the best artificials in Broward and Miami Dade. I drive 40 minutes each way to get there and I don't even think twice about it. Also, biggest Christmas decor selection you will find anywhere. They carry a huge selection of containers and only Quality Wholesale has more of a selection but Chans Quality is way better. They have so many flowers and succulents that your head will spin for hours the first time you go. Now I am a Chan's Pro and know where everything is after my 20th time...

Extremely disappointed with their products and customer service. Purchased hundreds of balloons as part of everything we bought there to decorate for a party. We are now inflating the balloons only to discover that the majority of them have small holes or perforations and are unusable. When you call the phone number you get a recording and no matter what extension you press it just takes you back to the recording nobody is answering the phone.

When you are organizing and decorating for an event, you need to work with a supplier that you can trust. Selling defective products and then not even answering the phone during regular business hours is not...

I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced. Our nonprofit purchased decor from the Christmas store, bringing our 501(c)(3) exemption letter, which is widely accepted. However, the manager rejected our request for tax exemption, despite providing our business card and event flyers. I visited twice, and both times I faced a lack of understanding regarding 501(c)(3) operations. After 15 years of running charity events for low income children and parents, I felt disrespected and unappreciated. I will no longer support this business and cannot recommend it to others.
