I was traveling out of town (about an hour away) with family to go the Frost Museum. I decided to ditch the museum and instead stop by the library to study for my upcoming boards exam. The manager (bald male with grey goatee) at the library limited my use of the computer because I was out of town and “don’t pay taxes here.” I explained my situation, but he still refused to accomodate me.
