A disappointing experience with a painful price tag and the problem still remains.

After a bad update to my printer drivers my computer I brought it to them to resolve the issue, removal of a ram stick, took it home and it broke again, and on the second visit purchasing a new SSD harddrive, seemed to be the issues receive my desktop repaired.

When I pick it up for the second time, the owner then goes so far as to imply that because its a different repair its a different service.

Day two back home and a blue screen of death and the inability to download software offline, and difficulty moving through chrome.

I paid them to fix my computer and it was not fixed the first time. I want my $215...

They need to go out of business I went to get my phone fix it took them 2 hours to find a problem then they mess up my screen in the process charge me extra just to get the screen fix that they cost then I get the phone it’s fix and everything and my Wi-Fi wasn’t working like for a whole 2 days even though my bill was paid then my home button didn’t work after they fix the screen...
