I had a very disappointing experience at La Granja today. The customer service was lacking, and it was extremely difficult to communicate because no one seemed to speak English. Unfortunately, unless you speak Spanish, the staff makes little effort to accommodate or assist you. This created a frustrating and unwelcoming environment. I believe every customer, regardless of language, deserves respectful and helpful service. I hope management considers improving communication and training to better serve all patrons...
