Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Miami

Well, good afternoon everyone I am very highly upset with this little Caesars. They have a drive-through for no reason I went to the drive-through to place the order. Of four pizza the employer in the manager told me two different stories first that the machine for the car was not working The employer told me I had to purchase $50 or more for receive my hundred dollar bill not only that I ask for a manager. The manager came towards the back with an attitude. He was wearing a black shirt, black pants with a strong accent. He told me a different story when I asked him about the hundred dollar bill. He told me that he didn’t have no change and then he just finished making a drop. And then I asked him why do you have a drive-through of the most register is not working and and you don’t have no parking space in the front. I have two kids in my vehicle. He told me what do you want me to do that is that’s a personal problem I felt very disrespected in that moment. That is not the first time I got disrespected by him. This location was prime. It seems as though everyone comes here. The facility was clean and easy to access. The staff is ok. The lady at the front counter was amazing to watch attempt to communicate with Spanish speaking customers. You could tell that she did not speak Spanish but has worked in that community to the point where she felt it necessary to learn Spanish to be able to provide effective communication. I was shocked and pleased at her tenacity to provide great service to everyone that entered the facility. With regards to the food, it was better than every little Caesars I have ever gone to. The pizza was overloaded with meat the way a pizza should be and not sparingly. The bread was a little undercooked. The bread was soft maybe from the oil of the meat but the crust was great, soft yet had a crunch to it. Overall the service and food was good, it took longer than expected. I ordered online. And expected it to be ready when I got there and it wasn't. The order of priority needs a bit of an adjustment. Aside from that all was good. I will...

I paid online at 5pm to pickup at 5:30pm. I got there at 5:35pm to pickup my order and it was not ready. Wile waiting I herd a customer angry saying to the employee with a black shirt who was throwing the cooked pizzas into the boxes to cut them, that it had already passed 0:30 minutes and where is his pizza ; who then said to someone on the phone that he was about to slap the employee. This is not a good atmosphere. I got my 3 pizzas at about 5:50pm. I walked around the block to my car and when I checked the pizzas ; one pizza was missing all the toppings, the second pizza was burnt and the only pizza that had the correct toppings was missing the extra sauce . So I walked a block to the store to and wait another 2 minutes to fixe the two pizzas that where wrong . So I end up taking one cold pizza and two hut pizzas home at about 6:30pm .
