Despite being bought and sold multiple times over the years, no significant progress has been made in reviving the stadium or utilizing the property effectively.

When I first started exploring Miami for unique photographic locations, the Marine Stadium was an excellent spot. Its striking architecture, combined with the graffiti and urban decay, provided a stunning backdrop for photoshoots. It was a playground for photographers looking to capture a blend of history, art, and nature.

However, in recent years, access to the stadium has been restricted. Photographers and other enthusiasts are no longer permitted to explore this once-vibrant space freely. This has been a significant loss, not just for photographers like myself but for the cultural and artistic community of Miami as a whole.

The Miami Marine Stadium desperately needs a comprehensive renovation. Whether it’s restored to its former glory or repurposed into something entirely new, the property should not remain in its current state of neglect.
