I was rushing to find a place open early enough to deliver flowers today before 12. I called and spoke to someone who helped me tremendously throughout the entire process, he was very polite and even gave me suggestions on what i should gift. They even called me throughout the entire process and sent me pictures once it was done. To top it all off, the employee i spoke with on the phone noticed they wouldn’t have a driver available till after 12 and delivered the flowers for me personally. I cannot express how happy and thankful i am to have found this business. I highly recommend this location for flowers & i will continue to buy flowers from this location as much as i can. I didn't know that ordering flowers could be this way. I know it sounds a little extreme but Westchester Flowers has set the bar very high. The customer service and care that these people bring to their craft is unlike anything I have ever experienced in purchasing flowers. These people are the definition of white glove service!!!!!

They guided me through the entire experience. They even took photos of the arrangement before and after it was hand delivered as courtesy!!!!!!!! The arrangement was gorgeous, huge flowers, vibrant colors.Such care was put into the arrangement.
