El Car Wash - West Gables — Local services in Coral Gables

After 9 Yrs my membership comes to an end. I really hope they don't take advantage of you but it’s bound to happen. I had never made a late payment, even when my car was in an accident I still made my payments without using their service. They have an employee by the name of Genesis that has no etiquette, unprofessional and is the worse person I have ever dealt with. She is definitely a liability for the company and probably just started working there. They would rather lose a customer that's been with El Car Wash for the past 9yrs. Some of the equipment at other locations are so run down and don't even work properly that it will cause damage to your car. I am really fastidious when it comes to my car and let me tell you their machinery is not well kept which causes swirl, scratches and sooner or later you will find damages on your car. I don't usually leave reviews but I just hope you don't have to be as disappointed as I am with EL CAR WASH. I also spoke to corporate and they're also unethical. They have a lady answering phones with a lack of professionalism. Hope this makes it to the owners cause they will be losing loyal clients. They lost me as a loyal customer and I'm going to make sure others hear about it just as I use to praise their company and recommend them since 2015. (WEST...

Very good car wash but unfortunately they mistakenly advertise their closing time as 9pm.

I got there around 8:47pm and they had the entrance closed and half of the vacuums closed.

This is disrespectful because I, for example, had to leave work early to get there on time. I haven’t been able to use the unlimited pass and now they are closing earlier than advertised. While I was there about 10 to 12 cars tried to come in and had to leave too.

I understand everyone wants to get home asap but this is just unprofessional. And one of the employees was rude when I said it was not 9pm and turned around and walked away. Another one was polite, but gave me the excuse that he had to close early because the machine turns off automatically and without his control at 9:00pm on the dot. That if there is a car in the tunnel that it would get stuck. I don’t find that credible.

Miami customer service in general has declined, but here I had not had a problem. I’ve been a happy customer for years in other locations.

Change your hours to close at 8:45pm or stay open until the time advertised. So in the meantime to be sure you have to get there before 8:30pm to get your car washed.

The first thing I didn't like was that they chained off the vacuums so you can't use them before the car wash, which I like to do for convenience. I wanted to buy the $8 car wash, but the guy working there up-sold me the $10, which I wouldn't mind if my car would have come out clean... after coming out of the car wash there were still leaves coming off that hadn't been moved or blown off by either of the washing parts or air blowers. It also didn't lift some bird droppings and other spots. I could also see smudges through the windshield where the washer pads missed and left dirty patches. The vacuums weren't very strong either and wouldn't get all of the fine dirt out of the corners and any curved edges of the carpet or seats... Definitely not worth it if you're going to convince me...
