After trying several other (what I thought were family owned, small town) florists, I was almost ready to call my own florist and have something sent FTD for my brother-in-law's funeral. Karen, I believe that was her name, was so kind, patient, professional and worked right within the budget my sister-in-laws and I had come up with for our arrangement and one from all of our children. In fact she came in a bit lower than our budget and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. My sister-in-law brought the kid's basket (Karen's suggestion) home with her and has it in her living room.
