Burger King — Restaurant in Bristol Township

I always come to the burgerking on new falls road in Levittown PA. Food is always 100%. Except for the last three times and I honestly feel that it has to be because of a new employee or something. 1st incident, ordered a few items, one being an original chicken sandwich. There was NO chicken on the sandwich. It was quite quite humourous to be honest. I went back, got it fixed, no big deal. The second time we ordered a few items one being a whopper Jr w bacon (ice cold, no bacon, really hard bun) & a chicken sandwich that had more lettuce than chicken and iced cold chicken. We asked for a side of bacon since they didn’t put it on and we paid for it, no big deal we would put it on ourselves. Got an attitude from an associate. Got back to our table, bacon was cold, discovered cold chicken.. We just wanted a refund at that point. Tonight was the last straw... tonight was our 3rd and last try to get that 100% we’re used to. We ordered two cheeseburgers, a whopper jr w bacon and onion rings. We asked if the onion rings were fresh and was told they were just dropped. I continued with my order after being cut off when trying to give the specifics about my whopper (no cheese onion or tomato, add bacon) like always. She kept cutting me off to ask about other details of my meal like drink and size but can I just finish telling you how I want my whopper?? Anyway, get to the window, most unfriendly person on planet earth. Same associate that gave me an attitude the other night when I asked for side of bacon since it was forgotten. I get my stuff, get home, 2 minute drive. Onion rings are thrown upside down in the bag all crumbled up and cold, the whopper jr AGAIN had no bacon, was ice cold and so were my 2 cheeseburgers. I called to talk to Manager, same manager that helped me the other night with a refund. He remembered who I was. But this time he seemed to be defending his associate and a little insulted that his “fresh onion rings” weren’t as fresh as he thought. He was more argumentative than accommodating. I asked multiple times for a refund and he declined. He HAPPILY gave me “Renee”s number to call and complain. When I asked about the way his employee talks to customers he had nothing to say. Didnt even reassure me he would handle it. He fought with me on the onions rings, real professional. I never cursed, yelled, was calm and just wanted answers and a solution. I am a manager in customer service. I don’t do these reviews unless it is absolutely necessary because I get how customers can be, I am not one of those customers. I get this is fast food, but consistency is key, and here, it is falling off and not being handled, I can’t keep quiet. The employees cant comprehend anything you say. I came through the drive through the girl got smart because she kept asking us to repeat what we were saying and when we tried to talk louder so she can hear she cuts us off and says OKAY in a rude tone we got two original chickens one with light mayo and one with extra they both had too much mayo & the one with extra was soggy and falling apart with mayo we asked for it to be fresh they said okay n everything was still cold we drive home I try to eat it but it was so nasty so we go back the guy takes our food and says okay you asked for extra mayo I say yes extra but this is too much he said so u want light mayo I said NO , extra but THIS is too much and showed him the inside of my sandwich He said okay remakes our order and they both are light mayo I go back in the store there’s no condolences for us having to keep getting or food corrected he just hands me mayonnaise packets I felt like they was tryna be funny not coming here any more I dont even want my...

Ok, loved it a few weeks ago bc of the indoor playground... Went there just last night and OMG the food was plain disgusting! I would've went back but had tons to do! First the new item on the menu TACO, let me just say it was inedible, I'm talking old, hard, nasty (should've went to taco Bell) the spiced meat? I actually took a bite and had to spit it out bc of sheer nastiness! The reason for going, mozzarella sticks for my granddaughter, I bought her the 8 piece simply bc she needed to eat and didn't want meat (6yo, did she know something I didn't know?).
