La Vera Pizza No 2 — Restaurant in Bristol Township

We always order from there and pick up, it's usually great. But there are times when the food is so horrible we can't eat it, we have gotten burnt pizza. When we called to tell them about it, the woman answering the phone was belligerent and uncaring. There have been times that we called about the order being wrong or something else being over cooked, the gentleman who answers always apologises but always promises the next order will be better and offers a discount forthe next time. I'm not sure the staff is familiar with the items on their menu, last night I ordered :.a chicken cheese steak wrap, according to the menu it had cheese, green peppers, onions, mushrooms with lettuce and tomatoes... I asked for extra cheese and no mushrooms...once I got it at home and opened it, it was not at all what was supposed to be, I got way over cooked grilled chicken with lettuce and tomatoes, the chicken was so dry it was like satin wood chips...I actually got a splinter in my gum from it. The rest of the family complained their chicken was also dry and over cooked. They were closed at this point. The next day we called to let them know had it not been dry and over cooked we would have ate it without out complaints, as we usually do, if if still delicious. But it wasn't! The man offered to remake the order, but at 30% discount! Well ok! I would be so happy to have my much anticipated wrap! This time we got delivery. Well, this time....There was no wrap at all. Nor did the chicken cheese steak have peppers or onions, and no lettuce and tomatoes... and it was STILL dry! Might I add that I am diababetic which is why I wanted a wrap not a roll....however it is how it was written on the menu. ...! Chicken Cheesesteak Wrap

ordered food for pickup show up to all three people behind the counter doing nothing i pay for my food and was told it’s gonna be a couple minutes and the lady told me i could wait in the car and she would bring it out to me i declined and stayed inside as i’m standing there a women brings back a order to exchange because she received the wrong order i watch the staff as they take it in the back re bag it and bring it back upfront then the lady behind the counter told me it will be a couple minutes just waiting on your pizza at this time the older gentleman began to make a pizza and put it in the oven i immediately asked for a refund as i saw what happened but the lady behind the counter told me i was wrong i got my refund and the older gentlemen tried to give me the bag apologizing however i do not want cold food and second i do not want food that left with someone else and then...

My friend and I aged ordered the pasta Primavera with angel hair pasta which is supposed to be in a garlic butter sauce. There was nothing on the bottom but water! The vegetables were over cooked and liked absolutely no garlic flavor or no butter flavor for that matter. I’m Colaneri trained but unfortunately I am home sick due to Covid. This was one of the worst dishes I’ve ever had. If you advertise a dish with a butter garlic sauce it better be there. There is no chef preparing this meal that I know from experience. Whoever prepared this meal is a short order cook and doesn’t know garlic from butter or from any other seasonings. I have ordered from here before that being pizza or a canoe and both were fine but as for their pasta dishes...
