Village Pizza and Steak — Restaurant in Bristol Township

NEVER TF AGAIN ! I wish I could leave no stars. I’m baffled. These reviews have to be fake !!!!! I guarantee it. First of all they called my phone 4 times saying they were here, and trying to verify my address but the conversation didn’t make sense, come to find out they got my number mixed up with another customer and they weren’t trying to reach me about delivering my food all those calls to my phone were for someone else…First time ordering from here and last ! Never again ! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a small pizza and Cheesteak at 10:27pm, it’s 12:00am and my order is NOT here STILL. I just called the store and it hasn’t even gon out for delivery!!!!! The guy says oh the driver should be pulling up to get your food any minute. So I’m pissed about that and the place is 5 mins away according to GPS. They aren’t apologetic no sorry no I’ll give u a discount literally nothing to try and make it right. I am beyond upset. I ordered 2 things. U would think I ordered 5 family specials. And wen I called and placed the order I was told 20 mins for delivery 30 mins max....

I placed an order because they are open late. I was told it would be 25 minutes which seemed right because it was after 9pm on a Sunday. I called to check on the order 40 minutes later and was told it would still be 20 more minutes. I had 2 calls from them asking about other orders. The driver came and asked if I had ordered pizza (I had ordered 3 sandwiches). Luckily she also had my order. Then I realized they changed me TWICE. I waited 2 days to see if the second charge would actually post since it was pending. Once it actually posted I called to get the second charge canceled and the man who answered was extremely condescending. He told me I should have called him earlier. Even after I explained why I waited. At NO point did he apologize or even sound sorry. He sounded very uninterested. Only order from here if you don't mind waiting all night for your food and paying DOUBLE.

Update : I went back to get my money and they did apologize once I proved I was double billed. The food was...

I’d wish I’d could give a BIG FAT ZERO!!!! I’d will be reporting them to the Bensalem Health Department!!!! So last night 7/3/2025 We were at the Vsec BluePearl Veterinary Hospital emergency room with our cat. We were there for a very long time and we were looking for something to eat and thought that this would be something simple enough to make a small cheese pie. As I’d walked in there, the person was sound asleep in the back didn’t hear me call him as I’d looked down I saw not one but two mice’s!!! I’d was like oh HELLLLLL NOOOO!!!! Walked the hell outta of there and went somewhere else to get dinner!!! I’d never been sooo disgusted to see that and to see the person keeping the place messy and having mice crawling all over the place!! Especially when you have someone sleeping and not hearing a potential customer come in and calling….
