Terrasana Dispensary – Middletown — Attraction in Middletown

I was dealing with this place for a while being that im from Cincinnati and didn know anyone locally but I recently went there and was shorted on my cash , I obviously smoke pot so I had to go to my car and recollect . So I immediately called and make them aware . A week go buy and theyre like we didn see anything on the camera .... duh idiot because ot never came out . So being theyre not interested in making things right . Extra on my next order , discount off of my next order , anything wouldve helped . So I as well will be returning to shangri la where your hard earned money is appreciated and valued . The first red flag for me was that these guys have the nerve to have a sign in the lobby saying please tip your budtender . This is not like the bar where you can give me a fatter shot or extra beer so what am I tipping you for and your already being paid. You cant give me anything extra . This was the first straw and the disregard to my money was the last . AND YES THE QUALITY IS NOT THE BEST ... THANKS FOR...

Do not go here shady bud tender pocketing money was told price showed price on receipt. But yet I was charged 30 more then shows on receipt and then the luster pods battery I got wasn't even on receipt at all. They act like they help but really not atleast this guy the older one with beard and I thought at first few times he was cool and he's I got proof of this. But what's point in going back up there so they can call cops and make me leave nah im good ill hope u needed that money more then i did buddy if it helped im glad. But ill stick to The landing and Shangri la check back n fourth they have best deals and way nicer...

Sent in a pre-order for 2 1/2’s for $99 at 12pm and went to pick up my order at 5:30pm only to find out that they couldn’t fulfill my order because they ran out. The lady told me I was lucky that she saved me one of the 1/2’s. The lady didn’t try to offer me another deal, didn’t try to cut the cost in half for the one 1/2 they “saved” for me. I waited in the lobby for over 10 minutes and nobody mentioned them being out of the popcorn. She told me that she was going to call but got busy.. Cool. After no help, I paid $80 for the half that she graciously saved for me. Probably won’t go back, not worth...
