This bigby makes me sad. So the people are great, but I have an issue with how a customer service satisfaction situation was handled the other day.
The other day, their payment processing system was not working. That's fine, that can happen with technology. But now my order to be processed is taking 15-20 minutes, where as typically, even with a line, I wait 10 minutes for my drive thru experience to be completed.
Instead of doing right by the customer who has waited patiently for their drink and clearly has to go about their day (morning rush), giving it for free as a kind gesture, I'm asked if I have cash and my card is swiped 4 times. It's getting ridiculous I have to wait so long for something that is not my fault. I'm ready to give the drink back, because frankly I have to go. Finally, the payment is processed, but I am left with a sour experience. Most coffee places, even smaller chains (e.g. blackrock) take the "loss" in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Not this Bigby location.
Add insult to injury, depending on who I get, when I hand my bigby card with my debit card, my card is given right back to me to make sure I tip. Lol ok. Half the time my drinks stink depending on who makes it, but yeah thanks for that.
There's some great people at this location. But yall need to work on customer service. You adhere to requests well, such as drink accommodations, but not in the ways I mentioned above.
I should also add, other bigby locations do not give me back my payment method to prompt me to tip, nor do they hold me up for 20 minutes waiting for them to fix something that is not my fault. Do better. Think quicker - this is fast food for a reason.

I go to call and you don’t get to speak to anybody they want you to email them so I emailed them and let them know that I didn’t have breakfast or coffee cause it wasn’t what I ordered at all and they said they would replace my food and coffee of my choice. I come the next day to get the coffee and the food replaced and get all the way back home; mind you this place is by the highway, so I live clear across town I get home and the order is wrong AGAIN.
