Went to order the jumbo popcorn chicken for $0.99 each limit 5. When ordering, I was asked which sauce(s) I would like. Their choices were BBQ, ranch, and signature sauce. I asked what the signature sauce was and the employee said she didn't know and came off as irritated like I wasted her time. It took less than 2 minutes for my whole order (4 popcorn jumbo chicken and a med slushie). Then she stood outside my vehicle for about a minute waiting for a tip! Shouldn't employees at least know what products they're distributing from the establishment they work at? How else can you suggestive sell or promote an item? And if you don't know, ask an employee for the customer. When I got home, the so called "chicken" all four containers were hard and mostly batter than anything along with a third of it being black and crispy. For those of you who don't understand what gratuity aka (tips) is an option for a customer to willing give it based on the overall experience from the company they visit. I know all to well by being a server at a few restaurants, that servers make less than minimum wage. With that being said, TIPPING IS NOT MANDATORY! Especially for such horrible service. Also, one of the males that works drive thru window, tell them to not flirt with customers at the window, especially when my husband is in the car with me. Read moreI normally would never complain about food service as I know this day and age it’s hard to find good help. But I’ll never return to this location. When we arrived there were 2 cars in front of us in the drive through. They came over the speaker asked for our order we started to give it they repeated it back and then said sorry. And never came back to the speaker. Until 5 min later another person jumped in. After 10 min we made it to the window. Sat there for another 10 min until a lady came over and asked if we had even been helped? Huh? She took our payment and then gave us our drink. We proceeded to wait another 20 MIN!! A lady even came over again and said what is this window waiting on?! And my husband finally asked them what is going on with our order? She said we’re backed up and waiting on your chicken. OK we understand that, but it should have been addressed BEFORE our order was placed in the drive through. People don’t go through a drive through to wait over 20 min for their food. Meanwhile people were in there talking about their night out sharing pictures. If you’re that backed up all employees should be figuring out a way to help those struggling to get it done faster. There was another car at the window. The car at the window left within about 2 minutes of me pulling up. But the car at the speaker sat there for about 5 -7 minutes before someone took their order. Then I pulled up to the speaker and sat there for about 4-5 minutes before I was able to place my order. When I finished I was still behind the same car. I sat there waiting for that car to finish for another 5 minutes. When I got to the window I had to see was there only 1-2 workers, but it looked like a full house. I couldn't believe it.
