Got an automated response from the owner on here so don't expect to get a response if you have any issues Terrible service. We will not be returning to this Rapid Fire Pizza. We came in on Friday, January 29th, 2022 and told the employees of this location that me and my Grandmother were first time customers. They were very informative about their menu and their price point was fantastic. However, after we had our pizzas put in the oven, we were told by a male that our large and personal pizzas would be ready in 3 minutes altogether. After telling us this, the man serviced one other person and then dissppeared for quite some time. After 15 mins or so of our pizzas sitting there, the man came back out and boxed up our pizzas. I commented when the man gave me my personal pizza that it was cold. The man informed me that there was heating instructions on the box and that the pizza would proably be cold when I got home anyhow. He said, "It's only 24 degrees outside, it's gonna be ice cold by the time you get it home anyway." Which, unbeknownst to him was only four blocks away. We got the pizzas home and noticed that the portion sizing was extremely unporportionate and the pan pizzas we had ordered looked like ultra-thin crust pizza that you can buy at Krogers. We have contacted the Corporate Office twice now and there is still no response. We are very dissapointed and we will not be...

We were visiting Ohio and found this listed near where we were staying. The food was made quickly, so you don’t have to plan a lot of time for your meal. I got the Luau and my husband got the Buffalo chicken. The dough didn’t have much flavor. Mostly we just tasted sauce. It was an ample size and very filling. I went to the restroom before the food was ready, and there was a worn sign on the ladies’ room stating the lights didn’t work so the please not try to use the lights. What are the options???? Go into a restaurant bathroom in the dark? Leave the door cracked so light can get in? I ended up going into the men’s room which was about like a gas station restroom as far as cleanliness. Here’s the kicker...the sign on the door had obviously been there a while. Why don’t they just fix the lights? When I went out to find a table, there were many not clean. It was noon, and we were the only two customers in the store. There was dried food around the bottoms of every table. When we walked into the restaurant, there were signs stating no mask, no service. One would think this was to affirm their commitment to cleanliness and sanitary conditions. I can say for sure me carrying in a germ was the least of their worries. Bottom line: it’s fast, it’s filling, the place is nasty and in disrepair, but you better be wearing a mask if you want...

This pizza was AMAZING and the service was literally the best service I've EVER had ANYWHERE. The guy making our pizza was extremely patient and explained what every topping was giving us plenty of time to decide what we wanted as we went down the line (like you do at subway picking your sandwich toppings- except for a pizza). Right after he had already stuck the pizza in the oven, I decided I wanted to add something else to it, told the guy making it, and apologized for making him pull it back out of the oven, and he said in the friendliest voice I've ever been spoken to in, "NO, it's not a problem AT ALL. It's YOUR PIZZA, I want it to be the way YOU WANT it to be!" He also stood there with a smile listening to my friend ramble on about coin collecting for 10 minutes, too, and even sounded interested ( although I doubt he actually was)! I actually was not in the best mood when I went in here either, but the guy working there was SO pleasant and kind, and the food was SO good AND VERY affordable, that I left there In a much better mood than I had arrived DEFINITELY recommend this place. I didn't think I would be as happy with it as I was. I was very...

Eh... for the price, Rapid Fired Pizza isn't worth it. Thr portions need to be re-evaluated here. My magic mushroom pizza had the smallest crumbles of chicken, which my wife couldn't even find when she looked for it. Also, the guy who weighs the cheese will leave half of it on the scale. These might sound like a ticky-tack complaint, but when you compare the portions of similar style restraunts there is a lot more sustenance to a burrito or pasta bowl. Special Note: my wife got the "no-dough" pizza. She said that she would've been better off with a salad and that she was not full at the end of the meal. For a 120 lbs women that eats like a bird, I was pretty surprised to hear this. If you're looking for a low carb option, pick a different route.

I eat here practically EVERY Monday and some weeks twice. As someone who strictly watches carbohydrates due to diabetes, the "No Doh" pizza is amazing. When I first became diabetic, pizza was one of the foods I most hated to give up. I tried other places "low carb" pizzas, but none even comes close to the taste and quantity of Rapidfired's. The toppings are always extremely fresh and I never leave there still hungry. Just look at the picture! That's a crustless pizza!! Staff are always friendly and you can tell they want to make a great pizza every time, especially Chad who now knows my name when I walk in on Monday evenings. All my friends and I highly recommend this place - dough or no dough, it's the tastiest pizza around.

1st visit to a cafeteria style pizza restaurant. Personal Pizza and drink about $10. My own pizza creation with unlimited toppings, choice of crust and sauce. Pizza put through a conveyor oven. Also offer salads. Taste was good. Would ask for extra cooking time next visit. Self serve drink machine. Plastic utensils and paper cups. Dining room is large industrial space with TVs in each corner. Recommend as a fast pizza choice.
