Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Middletown

Ordered dine in. New kid making food indicated to coworker he was unsure. Obviously new and nervous. She told him, " it's above your head" he looked up and was still unsure. I told him I would help. So we proceeded. Got to the guacamole which was empty... he was trying to scrape out, I said NO. Get a new one out. He had no idea where to look so went back to kitchen to ask for help. I saw her pointing to underneath for him to get it out. It was covered with water which is a trick uses to keep avocado from turning brown. He began to mix and I immediately stopped him. I said go ask what you should do. So she came out of the back to the doorway and said to pour it in the trash. No explanation, no training. I felt sorry for him. I sat down at a table (dirty) so I wiped it off. I then noticed the floor was sticky and covered with pop. I guess store cleanliness is not in their job description along with properly training employees. Too bad business owners no days don't understand that Complete Employee training is the Most Important part of the job. The rest...

I've eaten at this location many times and each experience I have is not good. The employees are kind and the establishment is not filthy. But, the food is not good. I keep giving it another chance and each time I regret it. Today I had food delivered to me from them (using door dash) the food got to me quickly and the order was correct. What was bad - there was a dark brown hair in between the foil and my shell, the rice was crunchy, meat was cold, cheese wasn't melted... The whole meal was cold. I called to report it and was asked if I wanted to come in for a replacement (that was kind) I let them know I did not want one, I ordered through door dash for a reason. But, that they should fix the issues I named off before somebody who wants to cause a huge stink came in there. I will not be ordering food from this...

Normally our food is really good. But tonight I ordered online. My food was not good. I mainly got a bowl of rice and lettuce. And for some reason big red onions. Not sure why. It didn't have the stuff that I ordered in it.well a few pieces of chicken and lite corn but other then that it was rice. My husband's was basically the same but full of hot sauce. We normal really enjoy our food but not at all tonight. When my husband picked up the food. Guess the person working said something like all the employees left or walked out. And tonight was all new people. Guessthats the reason we received the food this way. My opinion a manager or owner should have been there to show them how to prepare the food right. Hopefully if we choose to go back this error will...
