FINN FUNN FINDS — Attraction in Milan

I'm adding a review because my son recently asked to have his birthday party here and I've had enough time to breathe after our last bad experience so my review isn't completely biased. So, here it is... You'll notice that reviews have changed in recent years. We had my son's birthday here a few years ago and it was great - everything was clean, worked well, food was prompt and overall, everything went very well. We would visit now-and-then on days off of school, weekends, etc. Over time, things just went downhill with many games not working, controllers broken, software updates not completed, sticky, unclean tables and poor food (from the restaurant). The kicker, though, that I want every parent to be aware of is this: During a "drop-off event", where you could let the kids play while you went to run errands, etc. I came back after a short time to find my kids completely alone in the building. Yes, alone, for several minutes. There were no other children there and the manager walked in to a not-so-happy Mom. Her defense - she was at the restaurant (not attached) and she uses the video camera system to supervise when she needs to leave. WHAT?!?? OK. But, she went on... in defense of herself, to share that she often brings her grandchildren there when they can't go to school because they have the "flu or something" and watches them that way when she has to handle both the restaurant and the funn spot. So, essentially, her sick grandkids spread their germs throughout this facility unbeknownst to the general public. That's why I thought important to share, this situation was pre-Covid and there is NO WAY ON THIS EARTH that I will ever bring my kids here EVER AGAIN under this management PRE...

Very dissatisfied,games didn't work properly,lack of staff,and couldn't even Chang the toilet paper in the men's bathroom after I told them 5 min into the party they just set a huge roll on the back of the toilet .unorganized unprepared and I had to fix and change battery's on the remote cars THAT WORKED So they could play with them. I do not recommend going there this experience was complete opposite Of the first time I visited a year ago I wouldn't go there again it was like hanging out in my basement But in my basement everything works!! For $255 dollars I believe I need a refund and will NEVER GO HERE...

Our burger baskets took 40 minutes and one of our orders was wrong and our food was cold. The mint shake advertised at $3 cost us $3.50. The room is freezing! Other customers came in on their lunch break only to take their food with them and eat in the car because it took too long. Overall bad experience. The only reason I give it 1 star is because you have to so...
