FINNS GRILL & BAR/ SWEET TREATS — Restaurant in Milan

Today was not a good experience at Finns. We walked inside to eat and someone was waiting at the counter to be greeted. So we waited our turn, after five or more minutes i asked if someone had come to greet her yet. She nodded no, so i walked around outside to see if anyone was even there. The lady said we had to ring the buzzer so we walked back around inside and but then someone else was helping the first girl. But then without saying anything to us turned around and left. I wasn't sure what was happening. At this point my husband said we should just leave and go somewhere else. Just them the girls returned with the customers togo order so we stepped up to order everything was fine. We paid with a debit and it asked us to leave a tip. I said no. They haven't done anything yet. I'm glad we didn't leave a tip. Our burgers took almost 30 minutes. But the time they brought everything out my onion rings were cold and the burger was just ok. I was very disappointed. The dining room was cutely decorated but had too many tvs going all at the same time. And they had table tvs too that you could control. We turned down what we could but left unsatisfied and with a head ache. Sorry Finns we won't come back for inside...

When we first walked in we thought the place looked amazing. We love all the decor. We just thought we'd love the service too but we were wrong. We got our drink orders right away. Took 15 minutes to take our order. We were one of two tables at this time. We had another table come in 20 minutes after us and they got their food first. Givin' it's 40 minutes later at that point. 55 minutes after our order was taken we finally got our food. My son's burger was soaked in grease I didn't even feed it to him I gave him mine. We didn't get the full meal with my son's order. They apologized for the wait and said there was only one cook on staff which if you told us before it might take a little longer we would've been okay with that but we were about to leave. I could barely enjoy my food I felt like we were being watched after that. Then once we were done eating the table next to us got their food after 20 minutes. So explain to me what was different because i looked over at their plates and they got exactly what we got. There was no offer for a discount or anything just "here's your bill do you want to make sure...

2nd try and this time did carryout. Placed order told 30 minutes. Got there 5 minutes early, paid and waited 30 more minutes with my wife in the car. Watched the family of 4 at a table in front of me just pissed off for the time they had been waiting....then watched the waitress bring 1 dinner and did not even know what it was or who it was for...kid 1 got food...10 minutes later 2 more came....10 more minutes 2 salads came...then 5 minutes some tatter tots arrived. Guy was beat red mad. I get my food leave get home we have an order of deep fried pickles we did not order (yuk) sandwiches real good....fries horrible not sure how you can mess up fries like they did....cold and hard...not edible...both visits....my 2 cents kitchen letting the team down. It's a simple menu to be a cook at....very slow and ok to...
