Creative Ventures Gallery — Attraction in Milford

I recently started taking watercolor classes with Emily Johnson at Creative Ventures. I have worked in other mediums before but never watercolor. This experience has exceeded my expectations. The environment is cozy and comfortable with good lighting . Emily is a talented painter and as a teacher, she is able to gauge her students’ needs and provide the right kind of feedback and strategies for success. I participated in an art show at Creative Ventures Gallery and went to the opening night to enjoy the company of artists, patrons, and the curious. To my surprise I sold a painting that very night! I had a very nice time, there was plenty of refreshments and the gallery itself is a pleasant place which also offers classes. The classes are quite varied as was the art hanging in the show.
