First issue..... I asked specifically to have my appliance delivered through front door not side but their delivery guys decided to go through the side door even after I asked them but to and they even looked at the side entrance and said "we'll just go through the side door and just watch out for the loose rocks" which in turn the guy in front stepped on the loose rock and fell resulting in a dented door. If they had gone though the front door they would not have tripped and dented my door. After contacting our salesman we were told to wait and to NOT answer the manufacturers as they were going to deal with them directly. Fast forward 3 months later and still waiting for the door they dented and after I finally got in touch with them the woman talking on the phone hung up on me when I asked to talk to the supervisor since she couldn't resolve my issue. After calling numerous times they finally answered and I was able to speak with the owner Stephan who informed me he was going to get in touch with the manufacturer but not to expect a call until the following Monday or Tuesday. It's been over a week since speaking with the owner, Stephan, and when I tried to contact them the phone kept going to voicemail even though they were open. So after about 15 minutes of calling someone answered the phone and hung up. This happened 3 more times with me calling and hanging up each time it went to voicemail which was about 20 minutes until someone FINALLY answered the phone and I was told that Stephan was not going to be back until the following Wednesday. So in short, they didn't follow my directions which resulted in them damaging my appliance, I waited 3 months and avoided many calls from the manufacturer but did but answer as I was instructed by their salesman Chris not to as he was dealing with it, I was rudely hung up on and my calls were blatantly ignored and allowed to go straight to voicemail and I was directly lied to by Stephan, who assured me he was the owner, after I waited over a week for his phone call only to find out not only didn't he call me back but now I'm supposed to wait for him to get back in touch with me within the next 3 days since he wasn't going to be in. Bought a refrigerator on Sunday that was delivered Wednesday but the installers refused to even take it off the truck after doing some quick measurements, said it wouldn't fit. I re-measured then went out to a different store and bought another refrigerator that same day. That one was delivered Friday morning but the installers (different ones from Wednesday) refused to take that one off the truck and said it wouldn't fit either.
Am I going crazy or is it just that I don't know how to measure? That is when I went to Frank's Appliance, should have gone there first. Best experience ever! I met with the manager, he showed me a refrigerator that I told him wouldn't fit because it was the same size as the other two. I explained my entire ordeal, he got in his car came to my house measured and we went back to the shop. I bought the same size refrigerator (as the other two) but better-quality. Oh, I bought a matching dishwasher while I was there too. Less than 4 hours later, Frank's Calvary showed up.....two trucks parked out front and four extremely professional and hard-working delivery men showed up at my doorstep to remove the old refrigerator and install the new one...... It fits perfect.

Josh at Franks was super!! We talked and my size oven, since its just a wall oven, is unfortunately going to stop being manufactured. It was basically get a very nice new oven, or completely redo my kitchen. Josh made it so simple!! He had the perfect oven for me!! (I'm a chef by trade)!
Well yesterday was oven install day!! My perimenopausal brain, 🤣 did not mean to have a brand new oven installed the day before my daughter's birthday! When the 1st thing I will be baking will be her birthday cake!
Frank and team arrived perfectly on time about 930am. And carefully removed my overdue to be removed oven.
They were so awesome!! Especially with me wanting to watch every move they made!! And take photos!!
This was once again the reason I will be calling Franks in the future!!
