Tokyo Japanese Steak House — Restaurant in Milford

My wife and myself attempted to go to this establishment last night for dinner. We walked through the door to the waiting area. There was no employee to be found. We were not sure whether to seat ourself or wait, so we waited. After 5 minutes we walked to the bar area to possibly find an employee, there was no employee at the bar. We then walked to the seating area, we were able to find a woman waiting on tables. She was nice and asked us to wait in the front area to be seated. We went back to the waiting area. There was a woman at the cash register now. She said there was a 20 - 30 minute wait for dinner. We said that was fine, and we would be in the bar getting a drink, and if she could notify us when we could be seated. She stated that she would come in get us when we could be seated. Myself and my wife went to the bar in an attempt to get a drink. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes, there was no bartender. My wife then went to the front desk and asked the woman if we could get a drink. The bartender finally showed up from who knows where and made us 2 drinks. She was very nice. I'm guessing about 30 minutes later, the woman from the front desk showed up and seated us. My wife and I sat down in the grill area, we noticed that the people sitting to the grill to the left of us were seated and the chef was starting to prepare their meal. We had not seen our waitress yet. We did notice that there was another large group of people at the grill in front of us, who had not eaten yet. When we finally saw the waitress and got some kind of service, my wife thought to ask the waitress, do you only have one cook on tonight? if so does he have to cook for both large parties before we get to eat? The waitress said that is correct. Stating that it would be probably be an hour before we would be eating (which probably meant 2 hours, by the disfunction of this place). That being said, they only had one cook working on a Saturday night ? Are you kidding me? We paid our bill and left and will never return. By the way the place was not that busy, the bar area probably had 6 people in it. The dining room had 2 different parties sitting at 2 grills and myself and my wife at the 3rd grill. I went there this past weekend with some friends after going to the Wrentham Outlets and I have to say that the service and food were absolutely amazing. First, the wait staff was extremely friendly and attentive - never had to ask for a water refill! Second, the food was super delicious. I particularly loved the BBQ pork and lo main. You can tell that they use fresh noodles and the meat was soft and savory. I used to LIVE in Chinatown and can tell you that the food wasn't nearly this delicious or CLEAN. Third, the drinks. We had the volcano cocktail...it came in a giant bowl with a flame in the middle. The drinks were like something you get in a downtown bistro...but not at nearly the same price for the quantity. The decor apparently was all new since there was a pretty young crowd in the car. It definitely seemed like a fun place to hang out with friends - especially after a long day of shopping. Such a bad experience at this place. Delivery was 1 hour and 40 minutes late, when we find Out she was in a wrong address, ok that happens right? But what really pisses me off was how the people at the restaurant handle the situation, when I called back, first the guy started yelling at me saying that I didn’t answer the door when clearly the girl wasn’t even at my house, I explained she wasn’t there , we were sitting at the door we would know, of course and plus he insisted that it was our fault, until the driver herself called and told him she got the wrong address, ok so he offers me to cook a “new” food and send it in 30 min. I was waiting for almost 2 hours already , even tho I agreed and after 5 min the girl was here with the old, cold food.
