The customer service is really good and all the employees are really nice, but I came in today and made a purchase and this is the 2nd time where the product wasn’t to my satisfaction. There was one time I made a purchase that I was happy with and every time I’ve returned to repurchase, that item has been out of stock. I’ve called to ask when it will be restocked and I have yet to be given a definitive answer. I’ve tried two different items that I was recommended by an employee to replace the one I was looking for and both of my purchases were unsatisfactory. Due to there being no refund or exchange policy, I will not be returning again.

Update** I returned to purchase a cart battery because this is the closest shop to my house and it can’t keep a charge. I retuned and was able to exchange it for a new one, but it had the same issue. It seems to me like the staff doesn’t know much about the products...

So I walked in with a Loon tobacco flavor and told the guys I wanted something more creamy and less harsh, within 3 minutes a much superior product was recommended to me and a fair price and WOW I was impressed. I purchased a Breeze pro Vanilla Tobacco disposable and it is much better than the vape I walked in with. Needless to say these guys know their stuff and at a fair price to add. They have a great selection of just about anything you need smoking wise. I would recommend this shop to anyone on...

I’ve been going here for yearrrrs! I have been buying edible here, I’m autistic and these edibles were okay and I could tolerate. But the last 2 visits the edibles have crumbled like wet sand and I complained to the guy working there. Big tall guy who has always been nothing but kind and then he wasn’t. When I complained he got grumpy and reluctantly gave some free ones that were actually gummy. I will NOT be shopping here again unless everywhere else is closed....
