I love noodles but lately they have not been the same... the quality and taste has been very poor. Still got decent customer service. But the noodles were very very poorly cooked(can't really explain it but tastes like they were overcooked and soaked in water) and also they were cold and the sauces on all 5 regular and 2 sides mac and cheeses was water down. It taste like pasta only with grated cheese on top. I mean just utterly disgusting. I also ordered the penne rosa those noodles tasted exactly the same as described before. And the sauce was not tasty either. Not sure if the poor cooking of the noodles made this dish taste as such. It didn't have much sauce and I missed seeing the feta cheese I requested instead of the parmesan. The best thing out of all those items I ordered was free reward from the noodles app. Which was the garlic parmesan bread. Wish I ordered all bread instead. I would go back to the store and request a refund. But told the cashier I didn't need the receipt. Also got kids and no time at this moment so easier to write this review in hopes that one day noodles will become the place...

I sent my boyfriend to pick up the order, and on the ticket, there was the sweetest message I have ever gotten written on it. I cried once reading the message. Thank you for the kind words, Yari. Your kindness has made me beyond happy and I hope you know how impactful your message was. I hope every establishment hires more people like Yari. Thanks again, it made...
Read moreThe food is low quality. Got the mac and cheese and the cheese sauce is just gloop. Clearly comes in a powder like kraft mac and cheese and they just add water to it. Pesto was tasteless and low quality. Store bought is better. Potstickers also bad, the inside is just one homogenous paste, costo potstickers are much tastier.
There's a lot of suspicious five star reviews on here, don't know if they're bots, bought reviews, or just people with no taste.
If you want pasta, make it yourself and it will much better than this place, trust me. If you want something more complicated that you don't know how to make youself like pad thai, go to another restaurant that makes that dish and it will...
