Brickyard Gym — Attraction in Milwaukee

Took a weightlifting class here through school. This is seriously bad-assery kind of gym. its no pretty boys gym if thats what your use too. this is the gym go to for WERK. And the old school weights sets the tone of back to basics weight lifting/bodybuilding/powerlifting. The people here are very nice you just have to let go of your ego or RBF and talk to people. and whats awesome is I lost a pair of BOSE ear buds and they had them there the next time I went!! thats a $150 pair of earbuds someone...

Love this fun place. Would be my home gym if we lived in the area, (we often drive 45 minutes to lift there for the vibe). Iconic historic old school gym like where Arnold could train. No other palce like it. Paradise for old school lifters and bodybuilders, but welcoming to everyone (they have treadmills, bikes, stairs, etc for full fitness opportunities). Kenny, the owner, is one of the best gym owners I've ever had the pleasure to have known and this is the only gym I feel comfortable at because of the atmosphere he makes. No matter if you are a hardcore body builder, an average "Joe" trying to get in shape, or a Marine needing a place to work out because you are on leave, this is the place to work out.
