Cesar Furniture — Attraction in Milwaukee

Not only is the place high priced but rude service, me and my wife stopped in and was never asked if we needed help as we looked around at furniture that was worth maybe 250.00 and they were asking 800-1,000. We left and went straight to Bob's furniture on s.76th and we found a beautiful 🛋 for 750 + 30 delivery fee + for 100 extra we got a 5yr no question asked warranty, with tax it came to just under 1,000. They delivered it in less then a week. No problems, no rudeness. Also at Bob's the second we walked in someone helped us. I don't work for Bob's , me and my wife understand the stress of looking for furniture and the worry of spending 800-1200 with the hope u get what you paid for. I read all the reviews and I saw anyone commented something bad aka the truth the owner commented back rude. If your looking or end up having to spend over 700 go to Bob's. Me and my wife are so happy we did. Cesar was the 3rd store that day, Bob's was our first stop. That Saturday we looked around for 7hrs and went to 8 stores..so this review is fair..every store wasn't much cheaper then bobs.. here is what we got at Bob's for I think 5yr warranty, tax, delivery and couch all...

I’m only giving it 3 stars because of the nice lady and Luis in the store. Okay I supposed to had got my furniture Saturday but the people supposedly had “an emergency” so all they did was drop it off smh Then they come Sunday and Take Hours doing my room in the kids room (only had bed frame and dresser in mirror) (kids had one bunk bed) when it came to doing the living room the dude Mario lied and said they didn’t have the tool to fix it Which was also a lie. He told me he will comeback the next da. So I called and no answer I called the store and the lady said I would have to wait which pissed me off cuz now this just a prolonging thing. They finally agreed to send someone out at 6. When they did come it took them to eight to get finish. Smh not to mention I paid $499 for a pillow top bed and they sent me a regular one that says organic it’s definitely not pillow top and it hurts my body smh like I said before the only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of the kind lady and the man who sold me the furniture was nice other than that everything else was unprofessional. If I could give this place NO stars I would!!! I dont care how good of a deal you think you are getting DO NOT SHOP HERE! Where do I even begin? First we ordered a table and 4 chairs for our dinette, a sectional couch and an ottoman. When we ordered we were told 2-4 weeks. After over a month and a half they finally delivered the table and chairs, then a month and a half after that A sectional, NOT OUR sectional, but a completely different one. Now it has been over three months and we are STILL WAITING on our ottoman. Constantly told that it would be in next week, in two weeks, etc, IT NEVER COMES IN!! Only after threatening to report them to the BBB do they even call you back, and even then I still got the run around. Called just now, same stuff different day..... I am finally fed up and have told them I want a refund. Also they claim to be whpolesalers, which they arent, I will do everything in my power to get this god awful...
