Milwaukee PC - Bluemound Rd — Attraction in Milwaukee

Ridiculous outright ridiculous. I have my receipt which says right on there that my computer is covered for 1 year from date of purchase. I purchased it dec 26th. Its only March 8th. Not even 90 days. It won't turn on. It turned on last night but not this mourning. I asked doesn't that seem weird? They said no not unusual. I guess that means they expect thier computers to just die in a matter of months. They are trying to tell me its only covered for 30 days. Not according to their own policy on the back of my receipt. Now I'm out $300. Guess I should have bought one at Walmart. I was told by Milwaukee PC that one at Walmart would only last a year and theirs would last 5 years. Well it didn't last 5 months!! At least I could have gotten my money back at Walmart. Not to mention they have no parking whats so ever for their customers and located on a very busy road. They don't stand by tbeir word. Man let me tell you how Luke at Milwaukee PC helped out today. So I’m in quarantine because of the RONA and trying to work from home as much as I can. So I wake up this morning and try to trun on my laptop only to have it shut off after a few seconds. Luckily we bought two the the same laptops 10 years ago and Luke took a look at the one I’ve been using for 10 years and said man I think this one is a goner. I went to milwaukee PC to get a hinge fixed on my computer and the man behind the counter took one look at it and said he couldn't fix it because he didn't want to. He said it was going to be too much of a pain for him to fix and that I would have a hard time finding someone who would fix it. He also said it was going to be $600 or more. I went to two other milwaukee PC locations and they said the same thing.
