Love the zoo, we actually use it as family therapy. When we just need a breather from it all we load up a cooler with snacks and stuff n we head out for the day. With so much to see n so much space n seating through out we can take fun breaks. Even though they were cool to see we can't wait to see what replaced the dragons n other new adventures Prices keep going up however the amount of fun makes it worth it so we renewed our zoo pass so we can go as much as we want. ($120+ for me, two kids n a guest w/o parking for a year) we ride the city bus that takes us right to the gate, no long waits to get in!

Very neat and clean. A lot of the food kiosks were closed and we were there on a Thursday. A few too many exhibits were closed and of course the cost to get in all zoos lately is a bit much $15 to park and two seniors and a child and it cost us over $60. We haven't been there in many years as we live in Chicago but we're spending the weekend in Milwaukee. Our niece enjoyed her zip line and we enjoyed the baby giraffe the most. She also got to feed him

Always a great time! Ive been going since I was a kid and we get annual passes every year now. My kiddo loves the train and playground even more than the animals 😂 Had a great experience feeding the giraffes last time! Staff is kind, food is good, events are exciting, animals are gorgeous, wax model machines are so fun(but pricey now at $5ea), and when it doubt it's the best place to go for a long walk without worrying about cars or anything!

Not a large zoo, but nicely done. Loved the tram for a nice overview of the zoo. The train ride was also a nice extra. The was alot of food to purchase throughout the zoo. Plenty of restrooms. They were clean as well. There were alot of zoo personal walking around, the "seniors" my age plus, seem to enjoy handing out all kinds of info, whether it be about the zoo or animals you were viewing.

The zoo was a wonderful experience. There is an incredible amount of exhibits to see and participate with the animals. We loved the train ride and the lift ride in the zoo as well. I wish it was more sensory friendly though. My youngest son struggled with trying to find “quiet” spaces and we forgot his noise canceling headphones during our travels. Our entire group had a fun time still.

My 4 year old son and my preteen and teenage niece and nephew had a blast. Just as my son was getting tired he found the playground and got his second wind while I tested my feet. All of them loved feeding the goats and riding the train and ponies. 9/10 would recommend and go again! The only downside was that several of the food options were closed probably due to covid precautions.
