Wisconsin Avenue Park — Attraction in Wauwatosa

Well, this is just one of those parks you come across that isn’t very well maintained. It looks like it’s had recent wood chips added, but some weeds are starting to pop out. Plenty of space to run around, but there are a ton of branches prevents a ton of play around the trees. As for the playground, pictures show the wear and tear. Rust, broken coating, weathering, and the bridge is squeaking really bad. Things have been written in the plastic and the color is fading away. The park itself was nice. Lot of big trees and shade. No picnic tables were set up but were instead all in a big pile off to the side. The playground could use some attention and was overgrown with weeds and needs the mulch touched up due to quite a few low/bare spots.
