This used to be our favorite location, but it's slowly gone downhill over the past year or so. The customer service is absolutely appalling. If you speak English, the lady acts like she can't understand you. Fine, I'll speak spanish. Apparently now she can't understand that either, when she was clearly speaking it 20 seconds ago. Don't talk trash about your customers in another language at work. Period. Some of us are bilingual and can clearly understand what you're saying. Try that with the wrong person and it can lead to a confrontation that could've been avoided. If the customer is treating you with kindness and respect, then reciprocate. You're literally at work acting like immature adults. Now that I've gotten that off of my chest, on to the food. Why do the employees have an attitude when you ask for lettuce, guacamole, pickled onion and etc? We literally ordered NO protein bowls, NO fajita veggies, JUST rice, beans and toppings. They acted like that was an issue. I'm literally paying for it, just give me what I requested. Don't roll your eyes when I ask for different salsas. I'll never step foot in this location ever again. I'd prefer to not have my patience tested over mediocre food.

I was really let down by this quesadilla. For how much it cost, there just wasn’t enough cheese or chicken inside, it felt more like a snack than a meal. The cheese they used didn’t taste right for a quesadilla either. It reminded me of the kind of shredded cheese you’d get on a Taco Bell taco, not something that melts nicely into a warm tortilla. The chicken was also kind of off. Some pieces were super burnt, like they were stuck to the grill from a previous batch and just left there. I just picked them out because they're not edible. Might be time to switch up the cheese, Chihuahua cheese would be a big upgrade and maybe clean the grill more often between batches.

Ordered nachos, paid for my food… cashier said “one second” and walked away for a few minutes…. I stood patiently waiting for the cashier to bag my food and hand it to me.. when she did I asked for chips with it. She rudely replied “it doesn’t come with chips”. I reminded her that I got nachos. She stared at me, rolled her eyes, and said “fine, well you don’t get a lot”. Put half a scoop in a bag, handed it to me and said “that’s all you get”.… How am I supposed to eat my nachos with 10 chips, I paid for my food…. Chips are included in that. Very rude and unnecessary experience.

Came in on Tuesday 1/18/22 at 9:35 pm at night. The hours said they closed at 10 so I thought for-sure I could get in and out quickly as all I wanted was a quesadilla and was taking it to go. When I came in I saw someone who appeared to be a manager get up from a table where she was eating with her coat on and rushed out telling her two employees that she was leaving and to have a good night. There were two customers In front of me who were ready to pay cash. All looked fine until the young man operating the register pops the drawer open and there is no cash drawer there for him to use. Not only was he frustrated but the customers were too. The young man did the best he could to fix the situation but he should not have been put in that place to begin with. So the manager who appeared to have left early made sure to do her closing parts before close and rushed out leaving her two employees unable to meet customer expectations. Then when it was my turn to order I was told the grill for the quesadillas was turned off early and I could not order one. I went with a bowl which was ok but not what I originally went there for. This review is to hopefully help the employees and that location because any manager who leaves her team like that without what they need to operate correctly is not a manager. In return I did not receive the best customer service because the employees were frustrated for being left the way that they were. Perception is everything. Customers can hear staff conversations and pick up on what is going on. I am Disappointed and felt like I was being rushed out and not even close to being...

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Horrible customer service! I had to tell the person that what she had made didn't have the same ingredients as advertised with the tropical shrimp tacos, she ignored me and went onto the next customer, I then asked another person preparing food what was supposed to be on the tacos and she told the first person who then went back and corrected the order. I then observed the cashier getting chips and queso for customers and she didn't have gloves on. I asked the "shift manager " Tanya if that was customary and she said yes because she's on the register??!!! The cashier proceeded to get mad and display an attitude which included rolling her eyes at me! I asked Tanya for the district manager number and for the cashiers name, she refused to give it to me because it's her shift and the manager will have to go through her!!! I said that doesn't make sense to me and I been to the other locations and have always had good experiences, she cut me off and said enjoy your evening and have a good holiday!! I said excuse me? And she repeated it!

I called the person she said was the district manager only for the person on the phone to tell me they no longer work for qdoba!!!

This was the WORST experience I've ever had there and I will NEVER go back!!!

P.S. The entire order was thrown away before leaving the restaurant, I didn't want to take the chance of getting sick from the possibility of cross...
