This is a great little park!!! Love it. But, bathroom access is a problem.
Last weekend for example, with a language group in the park and people BBQing on a nice day, there were NO bathrooms available as no staff.
When staff is there in off season, the building bathrooms do not open till noon. When the outside bathrooms are open in summer, they sometimes become occupied by someone camping out in the bathroom.
A solution to this situation would be a portable potty there at all times. It is not something people camp out in and can be available when the building isn’t open.
We go to Springbrook Nature Center as well, and that is exactly what they do - they always have one porta potty available. When the building is open at Springbrook - great, when not - always available. It’s not fair to leave people using the park,...
