Parking is Underground BEHIND the Building Alley; Free 15 minute Parking then you'll be charged a small-fee .02 cent per minute afterwards so for example 4 Hour Parking is $5.00 fee

Also seems odd that it’s closed on Sunday (limited hours on Sunday v. being closed all day would be nice). More of a societal issue and not a library issue, but there was a fair amount of homeless sleeping in the limited chairs at the corner of Lagoon and Hennepin in the library.
